If you did not get, I would go look again. It may have had to do a full system update.

it was in the cashier but when i tried to claim it i got an error 203 code :( looks like im bonus banned

zebedy, if you were bonus banned you would not have had a promo to click on. All you would see is "no promotions available" I would contact support and ask what that error code means.

As far as being bonus banned, I am absolutely disgusted with it! I became bonus banned at all Rivals back in April of this year. I contacted a few of the casinos to see if they would reverse the ban and only 3 of them would reverse it. The manager at Vegas Regal told me that I fell through the cracks when Rival did their sweep of bonus abusers. I don't even bother with downloading new Rival casinos for their free chip offers anymore. Why? Just to be let down again. No thanks!

you can be bonus banned and still have the free chips offer showing, it has happened to several people over several rival casino's, and the first thing they know about it is when they ask about on the live chat,

i got bonus banned from a couple of rivals after taking one bonus and winning a small amount then cashing out, i agree its total BS but if they want to bonus ban me thats fine i just close my accounts with them so now they have zero chance of getting any of my winnings back so pants

to them ,

good news on the free chip i tried it again and the second time it was allowed, so i dont know what happened

I did not know that. And what a BIGGER let down to see promotions AVAILABLE and then they don't work because of being banned!

Things should be all set to get the bonus , I WOULD recommend usoing a different alias than you used at other rivals to register though.
