5 Scatters on Loose Caboose!

This is first for me to hit 5 scatters anywhere on any game. I was playing a free $10 chip at Casino Titan. No cashout but it was enough to keep me playing for a while longer than I would have.

Surprisingly, I hit the 3 scatters a lot on this game at the RTG's I play it at.And surprisingly enough, I did not get all three lines for the free spins this time. It only went one line. Believe me, I was ready to get that screenshot but it never happened.I have gotten all three lines before when only hitting 3 scatters. I can't figure out what triggers all three lines.
