The Grand Vegas Casio Pop-Up Screen displays Code:GV174 and A phone number of  1-866-320-8226 to use for Surprise cash at their casino.However, unable to get thru to support.  It didn't surprise me that the Live chat method failed as usual but did surprise me that the telephone method also failed. After holding at least 1/2 hour (Most likely longer) their phone systm disconnected me withut warning!That was at 3AM CST or so!  One would figure at that hour of the AM to be the least busy!   But maybe they are staffed thin at that time as well.Note:   I was told by support durig A similar XMAS ND promo, A deposit within the 3prior months  conditioned the award.  Thus, $0 ND for me at OnLineVegas but A $15 bonus was given to me at Grand Vegas..

Unsure why support gave me that line of BULL at OnLine Vegas during XMas. Thats the first time they denied me A ND chip! I mean EVER DENIED me! At Any pf the Groups casinos."
