Hi My ID: margrandparker. Complete the 40x and I cant cashout becouse they only allowed to use bank transfer or neteller. I cant use both. But to cashout I need to deposit at least as $21, and I can do that with moneybooker but I cant use it to cashout. Any solution ;-)martin
