i cant play rivals

Hello , can anyone tell me why i CAN'T play the Rival casino's ? I can download them , i my language, Dutch , make an account and then try to log in . But then i get an error that said : failed to log in.Can it be something with windows vista or the firewalls ? I have tried to set the firewall on the out position but failed also.... WHO CAN HELP ME PLEASE ??

I cant get any contact in chat because the connexion isnt there.I did it one by mail ,but didnt get an answer ....

Hey Stef you might be uncomfortable doing it but this will help you to troubleshoot the issue turn your firewall off completely I mean disable it all together then try to connect to one of them and if that works and you can get into one at that point then you will know for sure if it is in fact your firewall that is causing the problem for you if you only have your firewall turned off long enough to find out if it works or not then you shouldnt run into any issue as far as viruses just remember to turn it back on right after you find out if that is in fact your problem! "
