Well, it is a fairly new RTG and yes, brand new to NDF. Was it new to you? I mean did it let you register before it said you can't login or did you already have an account that you can't login to?

So it's not so new. I already had it installed. I was misinformed.

Oh wait a minute! I just got disconnected by the administrator AND the $10 is not in my balance anymore.

That was not very nice of them. Even if I claimed 2 free chips in a row, they didn't need to disconnect me and take the chip. They can just disallow a cashout like all the other casinos. SMH
