I logged in to Vegas Strip today, bored and looking for something to do, and found $240 in my account I had totally forgotten about, then remembered I also had $60 in Virtual Casino off of another freebie. Thought I would see if they might actually pay out so I contacted support and this is what I learned today! But hey, I was looking for something to do, lol!site operator will be with you momentarily. Hi! Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Olga'. Please verify your Email and Phone Number so that I can assist you. trishobryan: hello trishobryan: I just logged in to my acct for the first time in a very long time to find $240 Olga: May I please have your email address and phone number? trishobryan: trish.obryan@yahoo.com trishobryan:  trishobryan: you may have my old phone number on file,  Olga: Thank you, Kindly bear with me while I check your request. trishobryan: sure, thanks Olga: Those $240 are from a withdraw that was requested in 1/18/2010 7:02:17 AM but it was denied trishobryan: really? trishobryan: why was it denied? lol trishobryan: I don't even remember...wow Olga: Because of documents trishobryan: so I need to send in documents, then I can w/d $240? Olga: Note that we require to verify personal and financial information by requesting ID, BILL and the credit card used to deposit Olga: Due to security measures our Casino requests that all players send in the following documentation before we can process a withdrawal: 1) A copy of your Photo ID (Driver's License or Passport) 2) a signed and completed Certification Form for ALL Credit/Debit Cards used 3) A copy of each of those cards and 4) A copy of a Utility Bill displaying your current address. Details of where to send these documents can be found on the certification form (Click on the Link). Olga: You can send your documents to: ccprocessing@casinosupportcenter.com or by fax 1-888-579-4555*****************************************************************************************************************************************************Please wait for a site operator to respond. Thank you for contacting Deposit Assistance, You are now chatting with Lisa. trishobryan: hello, I have a question, I am sorry to keep bothering yall..... trishobryan: I just logged into vegas strip to find a pending w/dable amount, and I know that I also had wone at virtual trishobryan: now I am not showing the one in virtual anymore, why is that? Lisa: Good afternoon! Can you please confirm your phone number and email address?   trishobryan: trish.obryan@yahoo.com trishobryan:   Lisa: Thanks for confirming the information. Please wait a moment while I review your account :)   trishobryan: could you make sure that my # on file is the ___ so that I don't have to keep typing them both in? lol Lisa: Sure, let me check that trishobryan: thank you so much Lisa: All set, now you havetrishobryan: lol thanks Lisa: Login:  trishobryan  is a Vegas Strip Account Lisa: You won $240 playing a $50 free chip. Lisa: From that amount $100 is withdrawable. The rest is considered as fun money. trishobryan: ok, and what about the $60 withdrawable amount that I had in virtual? Lisa: Remember that virtual and vegas strip are part of the same casino. With two different skins trishobryan: ok, so does that mean that I lost the one in virtual? Lisa: I don't see any account in virtual, or any $60 balance.. trishobryan: I know that it was an old one, but the last time I logged in it was still there, waiting for docs....now it shows the w/d from vegas strip trishobryan: it may have even gone back as far as 2009 Lisa: Login:  trishobryan  you are currently logged in Lisa: And it is for vegas strip.. Lisa: You can try to find the Virtual account username and once you have it we'll be able to check Lisa: I checked similar accounts but I did not find it trishobryan: I just logged into virtual with trishobryan trishobryan: hang on for just a second Lisa: You logged from virtual access page to your vegas strip account Lisa: They are the same casino.. Lisa: But you are ok to have one account for virtual and one for vegas strip trishobryan: I checked my email from virtual and it said trishobryan is my login trishobryan: hang on I will look for the one from the w/d Lisa: Sure. trishobryan: everything that I have shows trishobryan that comes from virtual Lisa: Ok, let me explain you a little bit, I know it is very confusing Lisa: Virtual casino and Vegas Strip are the same casino. They both use the same database. Lisa: However, since they have two different skins, players are allowed to have one account in Virtual and one in Vegas Strip trishobryan: so then how do you w/d from both, and why aren't they both showing up Lisa: The only restriction is that you need to use different usernames Lisa: Otherwise you'll be using the same account Lisa: The account trishobryan was created in Vegas strip trishobryan: but wouldn't having m2 usernames be like having multiple accts/ trishobryan: ? Lisa: But you've been accessing it from Virtual portal Lisa: Is the same account access from both portals trishobryan: ok, so the $60 at virtual is gone Lisa: accessed *** trishobryan: but I can still withdraw the $100 from vegas strip? Lisa: They were never in virtual Lisa: the $61 you are talking about is a free chip credited in Lisa: Vegas Strip back on 12/27/2009 10:08:24 AM trishobryan: but I thought you couldn't rewager a free chip Lisa: The $240 withdraw Lisa: is part of that money trishobryan: ok, I surrender! trishobryan: lol trishobryan: I will send in docs for the $100 Lisa: lol I know is even hard for me to explain it.. :( Lisa: It is very confusing trishobryan: how long will it take for the payout? Lisa: Withdrawal requests are typically approved within 7 to 10 business days from the day your account is certified with all documents. Once approved, your payment will be sent within 7-10 business days. trishobryan: is there anyway to redeposit the $60 or dep it to another sister site where it can be used as a dep? Lisa: Unfortunately no we don't make free chip re-deposits trishobryan: lol Lisa: Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.   trishobryan: ok, thank you for your help trishobryan: have a great day Lisa: You're welcome! Have a nice day! Chat session has been terminated by the site operator

This is very interesting..... I have never been told by any of those casinos to use a different username for each one! The must know I use them all and yet they dont advise me to open new accounts with diferent usernames. I have not made a withdrawal yet ... it will be interesting to see if they accuse me of having multiple accounts. As a newbie to online gambling I had no idea until some 2 months after I started gambling at the various casinos, that they are in fact all from the same group etc. What is interesting, is the difference in customer service levels and smart player retention. One casino recognised my spend per month, phoned me and advised that I had been automatically upgraded to a bronze VIP status. I have spent the same on average, with 5 of it's sister casinos, yet none of the others have approached me with VIP membership. Naturally, where do I now spend the most amount of money?Having a proactive customer service department is paramont to each casino's success and only 1 from the group of 10 has bothered to retain my business or attract more business from me. Is this because ultimately my money is all going to the one benefacting company anyway?I plan to make some withdrawals with these casino's shortly will be interesting to see if they withdrawals are approved or I am accused of having multiple accounts albeit they were all signed up through the different casino 'skins'.??????????????????

Isn't that Murphy's Law or something when dealing with a cashout at a rogue casino? The part about using two different usernames at each of the casinos makes sense to me. That way you are not logging into the same account under a different skin. But on the other hand, it would seem as though you had multiple accounts if they ar the same casino, just with a different skin. As the rep said though, you are allowed to have an account at each casino. I'd stay altogether from any casino that uses a skin but then again, do we really know who uses skins out of all the good casinos?
