ok before i made my fist deposit at this casino i went on live chat and asked was i eligable for the 100% match bonus.... I was told that as long as it was my first deposit then they didnt see a problem with me getting it.. so i went ahead and deposited.Ater waiting 1 and half hours and still no bonus i went on live chat and was told i needed to wait up to 2 hours so i did ..... i went on again after another half an hour asked what the problem was only then was i informed that it was not 100% match bonus but was deposit 100 and get 100 free. I didnt get a bean for my first deposit which i think SUCKS BIG TIME as most casino give you something for a first deposit. I would say less if i hadnt been on live chat and asked first before i deposited but i did ...... but i got NOTHING...... I wouldnt mind but i wasnt asking for 100 bonus only 40. this to me doesnt make any sence and they said they were sorry for the mis understanding but there was nothing they could do....;. RUBBISH. Glad your problem was resolved. I used to deposit alot @ 3 of the Casino Rewards Casinos. I eventually deposited at least once sometimes twice as they added new casino's. I managed to save up over 2200 VIP points from my deposits. I have not made any more deposits there for a couple years after they locked my VIP Points so I couldn't redeem them. I got pretty pissed off when they said I was abusing their bonus system. I even tried making 3 more deposits AFTER I couldn't redeem my points then contacted support many times telling them that I had made 3 more deposits asking when I would be able to redeem my VIP Points again and support said they didn't know how many I would have to make to have it reinstated. I earned these points by depositing @ their casino's and resent the fact that I was scewed out of my VIP Points. I finally just said to hell with it and I have not deposited after making the last 3 deposits and don't plan on it until I can redeem the VIP Points that I earned and have been cheated out of!! I guess they don't want my business.
