Closed Onbling Casino Experience So Far - Withdrawal

Hello All,I'm a USA player, new to this forum.  I decided to try Onbling Casino recently and ended up winning $2500.00 with them.  I did not take the bonus they wanted to give as I find that playing with the bonuses are confusing and end up complicating any cash-out possibilities.They asked for all of the usual verification of my credentials (CC deposit was made with, ID, utility bill) - It took them two business days to accept, which I don't consider long at all.Then, I requested a deposit on August 7th for the $2500 and got a confirmation email yesterday, August 14th, confirming they would be wiring me $1,000 of my winnings.  I am assuming, since I'm a new player, that I need to request another withdrawl for the additional $1500 as all of the forums online say they pay in installments to USA players.  Although I haven't gotten the $1,000 yet, I have every confidence it will be in my bank account within the next few days.Sally, a casino rep from Onbling, contacted me the first day I deposited and has been helpful and courteous every day since. Just wanted to share my experience with them so far as I see there isn't much information about them out there.  I will continue to post regarding my experience with the cashout as it seems to me it's important for all of us to stick together and make sure we are playing at reputable casinos.Although the withdrawal process is slow, I am so far confident the monies will come through.  So far, so good.

Ughhh...I'm so bad at waiting!I deposited $30 on a Thursday, made playthrough and withdrew $600. Kept $150 to play and I played until that next Wednesday with that...at least 2hrs at a time, 4-5 a day.Lost it and reversed the rest..lost it. Bad me. :pI had sent in my docs and it was quick turnaround.Congrats to you. Especially on your patience! LOL

Good Morning All,Well, still no check from Onbling Casino - They accepted my withdrawal for $2500, but only approved $1000 for withdrawal.  That was on the 7th - they were supposed to Wire Transfer the money, but instead sent a check that they claim will arrive on August 24th.I'm keeping my fingers crossed.  :) Again, the customer service has been prompt and amazing and here's to hoping I get the check soon!

OK...nevermind my PM Belgamo, I just left the phone with support at Onbling, he TOM confirmed ALL withdrawals are on HOLD as of August 22. OF COURSE that includes my withdrawal request from the 10th!A friggin $1000 bucks I'll NEVER SEE! Guess I'm just screwd...AGAIN! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Mikey, have you ever cashed out from Onbling? If so, have you ever not received your money? Just asking because you said again . I have asked the rep if this is the actually case .... that ALL withdrawals are on hold and when he thinks sending out withdrawals will start up again.

No Michele not been burned here, but other online casinos. Let me point out that I am just very frustrated, and I apologize for misleading anyone.This is my first withdrawal request at Onbling, and I suppose I need to be more patient.

Hi Guys,Sorry, I've been out of the country - My withdrawal was sent to me via FED EX, supposedly delivered on August 24th - I'll be at home tomorrow to find out if it was and I'll posta again to let you all know after I've deposited the check.I have no further withdrawals scheduled, so the hold won't affect me.  I'll keep you posted once I have check in hand!

Mikey, according to the rep there were fraud and a lot of bonus abuse issues recently that reinforced security checks on withdraws causing many to be concerned, it's over now ... Players who had their withdrawals placed on hold should be contacted by the casino's finanace dept soon with details about their withdrawal. Let me know if you hear from them and if not, I will go after them again. lol

i just won !000$ at onbling today.....i hope they ain't having problems. only see 2 options in withdraw, neteller and wire transfer. still have to send in docs

i had 1000 but done played it down to 800. i ain't playing no more of it. can't even hit a feature on that site now. it won't let me withdraw until my docs are approved

Unfortunately a lot of casinos, not just Onbling, have this in their terms and conditions.

well they approve my withdrawal and said they wired it. the next day they sent me an email saying that they would send me a check and it would take 5-10 business days to reach me. in all thats gonna be a month b4 i see any money and longer if my bank puts a hold on it till it clears:angry:
