i have been bonus banned at several rival casinos cause my friend one day had her laptop at my house and signed up herself for a few casinos. therefor she had used my i.p. address , i was not aware that was a foul far as the casinos are concerned. i just spoke to c.s. and they basically said tough ban stands. i always follow the rules and think this is very unfair. does any one know if theres anything i can about this or am i just screwed ? this was c.s. convo.
