I got one around thanksgiving. I made my first deposit there for $20 using Quicktender and a pop up msg told me to call their toll free number. I did, and the very polite customer service guy gave me that information about the $50 chip."

It is upon approval of the documents. It was not automatic, After I got my EMail saying my forms were approved. I simply requested the chip and it was in my account within an hour. An initial deposit may be required first, I am unsure about that part. I just know that I had made one.

I talked to customer service they told me the same thing about the free $50 chip, so I sent my faxback and ID within 48 hours like she said.This was December 5th & still no $50 chip.I can't even get a reply for my emails.I ask Clubworld about this they said to email Aladdians customer support& I did about 6 or 7 times but nothing yet.I have made a total of 2 deposits & all I have got are Promotions emails from them.I think I will hold off on anymore deposits with them until I can get an explanation on why the customer service is not what it is at clubworld.Also I am not getting any emails at all from inetbet.I seen that that they are having problems reaching customers with yahoo emails.I am using Netzero with both Aladdins & inetbet.Maybe these email services are blocking some of the Gambling related emails.Has anyone else noticed a drop in the amount of gambling related emails in their inbox?I used to get a lot of emails from gonegambling.com, But I noticed that too stopped. So I went to my account at Gone Gambling and switched my registered email from juno to yahoo.com, and now I get all of my gonegambling emails.So it might be the email services and not Aladdins or inetbet.I guess they will make it as difficult as possible for us gamblers, one way or another.Thanks!

My EMail is with yahoo. I dont see what INETBT's problems were with Yahoo emails. I also loaded the casino and read that banner at the top addressing the issue. However, I have got emails from them after I read that banner! My brother has an email at NETCONX so I gave them that for an alternate emal for me. Really, I dont see the problem. Does anyone know what this is all about?"

After I got this email, I requested my $50 but I must not have saved the copy of my request so I cant tell you EXACTLY what address I sent it to but I bet I used the same one they gave me in the above email. I will also include (Next) the original email with the $50 chip offer in writing from them. One time, The very first casino I had ever scanned in stuff and emailed them faxgback forms, I had scanned my documents in with a typical scanner. The software that runs my scanner save the images in the sufffix bmp. These files were huge and even though my yahoo email supported up to 10mb attachments, the casinos ISP provider would not accept anything over 3mb. So yahoo said success but I ended up getting a return to sender demon. I have now found that before I email thm, to convert them to a smaller suffix type(I happen to use jpg)then I Zip them all and send them zipped. I used the RAR compression tool for INETBET and they rejected it claiming they did not know how to extract the documents so I would recommend sticking with zip! I never received the offer by email.After I made my first deposit (by Credit Card) I was playing & got a message to please call customer support to verify my details.So when I called I was told by this lady about the free chip.I took all the steps you outlined. The same way I sent in all of my Docs to Clubworld and had no problems with them.Also I noticed the email problems started a little while after the Kentucky Ban.I live in a state that borders Kentucky.I had to send in documents to some Microgaming casinos to prove I didn't reside in the state of Kentucky.I don't know if living close to Kentucky could have this effect on my emails or not.But I will keep trying & maybe give customer service a call.
