Closed Winpalace screwing me again!

I win the jackpot a few months ago at Winpalace and the have been slowly sending me $500 checks every 2-3 weeks. I still have $2000 of winnings and they have stopped sending me checks and do not reply to my emails! Someone please help!

Andrew, the rep has told me that another $500 is on it's way. He explained that there have been many fraud cases lately and finance has chosen to send lower amounts for now to lower the risks. This is happening casino wide and not just with your withdrawal.
