This casino would not give me the 10.00 free bonus. I had a conversation with custoner service and they said I had accounts at other rival casinos, I said sure I did because I play at them, they told me I could not have this bonus because of my other accounts.

I downloaded and registered and got nothing. I contacted support and had management review my account and they declined me. I am a loyal rival player and in good standing with all rival sites, I don't know why they have banned me??
I’ve credited all your players that qualified for the $30 free promotion. Please can you the players on the forum know that. I’ve also sent out a mail to all of them telling them the credits are in their accounts.
Sorry about the problem and it will work fine going forward. Only players that are from a bonus restricted country or a bonus abuser, will not receive the free cash.
violetta, you must have registered with them under the $10 banner. It has been changed to a $30 no deposit but if you signed up under the $10 first, that is all you are going to get.
secretsmile, you will have to contact the casinos individually and ask for an account review. You may be bonus banned like a bunch of us are.
I have contacted a few of the Rival casinos and they have been able to reverse the decision by the software company, Rival.
If you have an account at other rival casinos and have used a free chip they wont let you redeem them at other rival casinos. I deposited at one of there casinos and was expecting the deposit bonus, they told me that i wasn't eligible for any bonuses cause i had multiple accounts. Well of course i have other accounts. I like there games. And if i deposit at one of there casinos it shouldn't matter that i have multiple accounts for a free chip. So i don't even bother downloading there casino anymore. I deposited a few times at paradise and was the first TIME redeeming a deposit bonus. They sure will take the money but they will do anything not to have to give it up.

First of all, we must all remember that the software company, RIVAL, makes the decision to flag bonus abusers and not allow promotions to be granted to players.
Each casino can reverse the decision of Rival.
If you are an upstanding online gambler that does not have mutiple accounts at the same casino, you are not a "bonus abuser", you do deposit regularly at various casinos, you downloaded from the correct banner, etc..........then:
1. Contact the CASINO MANAGER to have your account reviewed. (customer service reps cannot reverse the decision of Rival)
2. If the manager says NO, then post your account ID so we can (possibly) help by contacting our casino reps to see what can be done, if anything.
3. If a decision cannot be reversed, move on to another casino.
I know we all want the free chips but there are some times when it just is not going to happen. You all have heard me rant about not getting promotions at various Rivals anymore, Rivals that I did receive promos from and then all of sudden I was bonus banned. I contacted quite a few of the Rival casinos and got the decision reversed to some of them, not all. I choose to play at the one's that give me the promos. It's the other casino's loss for not unbanning me. If I do not have a free chip available from a new casino, I attempt to contact the casino manager to get the deceision reversed. If they won't do it, then I move on. That's it - Cut and Dry
For those of you who did not receive the free chip in your promotions, Belgamo should be visiting this thread and hopefully will submitting more user ID's to the casino to see what is going on.

Greetings, I have the same problem. I posted it some where on one of these posts the other day. They are claiming that I have multiple account and will not give me the 30 non deposit or any other bonuses. I do not have any multiple accounts. I hope they can straighten out this error with my account .
I received the $30, play and won $150, deposit $25 to cashout. And sent all my documents 2 time and they still looking my documents. Took now more than 4 days. Really dont know what i must think about this site.
I resent for 3 time all docuemts last Monday, and today contact chat support and they say me that they need a photo of my id. So i said that they must see my lasts chat. after that sayme that all my docuemts are still pending. Really for me VERY BAD ATTENTION . Faxback section never answer my emails.

Good Luck Mben! I really hope you get it. I kinda gave up downloading new casinos awhile back, because I was alway bonus banned, and my other accounts would become locked, but I thought I would give it a shot, worst thing that could happen is I would have to write all my casinos again, and have them to unlock my account.
