If the $50 No Deposit Bonus was there, then you received it but if there was an error when you tried to claim it, you would have to contact the casino.

Nope. I couldn't claim the 50$ bonus. So I got nothing. Not that it matters for me, just thought I post here to let you know that something isn't working. There is no 25$ bonus at the cashier at all and the 50$ bonus that is there isn't working. Hope that explains it better. :)

The Exclusive offer has changed from $25 to $50 so that is a better deal, If you are getting a 203 error when you are trying to actually claim it, wait a bit and go back in and try again later.

It means you claimed a code at another rival within the hour. You have to wait an hour before you claim another bonus at a different rival!

hey peeps got a question....I played the 500 free at This is Vegas and made the playthrough, only problem is the max cashout on the freebie is 50 and the min withdrawal at the casino is 100. So how do I get the 50 lol any ideas will help. I already spoke to live chat and they are stumped too.

You know thats not a bad idea and may be the only way to get it - becaus you could deposit $50 (dont claim any sort of bonus - or else you cant wd it imeadiately) then request the wd for $100.

i ask because those bonuses are sticky and non withdrawable which means
i.e. if you played with a $50 free chip and lets say the max wd was $100 - in order to get $100 you wouuld ave to have and request $150 wd because they will remove the $50 bonus from your withdrawal.

Does that make sense?

If the min withdrawal is $100, can't you choose to withdraw the whole $3000 and let the software suck down your request to the max cashout of $50? Any comps off of free chip play there?

It states minimum withdrawal from casino is 100 the problem is the max cashout on the chip I played was 50 I tried to get them to remove the bonus and just let me play the max withdrawal which is $50. They are saying management will have to review. So basically it is just play money now. Oh well, I had fun for about a week lol

the response I received was that I had to open an ewallet account, deposit into the casino, then I'd be able to withdraw. I tried again to get them to remove the free chip and leave the balance they refused. so yeah play money lol oh well another lesson hard learned. At least it was free and not a deposit.

elflady, I don't know if you even have the $50 there still but I am assuming that your balance was $50 and they wanted you to deposit $50 so you could take out the $100, right?

But what I am still not understanding is say (hypothetically, this has nothing to do with your free chip withdrawal) that if you made a deposit of $25 and took no bonus and won and wanted to cashout $50, is there no way with withdraw that? No bonus involved here at all.

I guess I have to install the casino to see what the min withdrawal amounts are for each of their options to see. Or I could just go to their website and look at their withdrawal options and hope they list all the min and max amounts.
