Hello All,

             I was wondering if there is anyone here who has ever withdrawn from Winpalace and if so can you please tell me how long it takes to get your withdrawal after the faxback form is approved. I sent in my faxback form 2 days ago and I called them this morning to verify that they had received it. They said they did and, it takes 10 days for them to be approved. Why is that? Currently my money is just sitting in my casino account because I have to wait until they approve my forms to request a withdrawal. It just seems like a long drawn out process. Thanks in advance for the help.

that does seem like an awful long time just to approve the fax back forms what method did you use to request the withdrawal?

Quicktender. I usually always use them and then just withdraw from there to my Wired Plastic card.

after they finally approve your forms it takes even longer after that. AND when they say business days they mean M-Th. 4 days a week for them. So you prob wont see your money for around a month or so. that is why i stopped playing there.

I did think that was very odd about the 10 day thing. Certainly wish I would have known that beforehand. They're probably expecting me to play it back but I DON'T THINK SO!!!! I won't be depositing with them anymore either after this unless, they get a grip on reality and speed their withdrawal process up. Only takes a few seconds to take my deposit but a month or so to process my withdrawal? What a bunch of bull***t!!!!

That sucks steif3, I can't even hit a bonus there, 10 days to approve a freakin form. I think your right about them wanting you to play it. Don't do it. It pisses me off also when it takes 30 seconds to take your money and a month or so to pay you. I'm taking them off my computer.
Heck I deposited at clubworld monday ($25) sent in my forms midafternoon and got my withdrawal of $125 early tuesday morning, then deposited $25 again tuesday morning won $150 and it should be there when I get up out of bed. I withdraw by quicktender also.

You mentioned that you can withdraw from quicktender to the wired plastic card. I have netspend and was planning on withdrawing from quicktender to it, but they said that netspend doesn't accept wiretransfers. Can you give me some details on the wired plastic. I would really appreciate it.

I received this info from the casino regarding cashing out at WinPalace. And they are specifically addressing steif3's issue but I think it needs to be shared with all.

That is awesome & shows that WinPalace is trying to do what the players are asking. The 72 hour faxback form is better, but am I the only one who thinks the 10 day thing is WAY too long? I don't want to bad mouth anybody or anything, but it makes me wonder if they ever check out the competition out there. If you can't do better, at least stay in the game lol! I prefer a casino that will flush my withdrawal upon my request. I don't think that is too much to ask. I can't survive the 24 hour pending period sometimes, and you say 72 + 10 days AND only 4 days a week count and so on and so forth.

I'm sure that there are plenty of players out there who don't mind waiting and have no problem doing it. Not me. Idle time is the devils workshop? Something like that. Or maybe it was idle mind? Anyways, there are some RTG casinos that are right up there with Microgaming when it comes to fast cash outs. I can't speak for all MG because I don't know that for sure. So far, every one that I played cashes you out 1 or 2 days. That is how it should be. Fast RTGs from my experience : Inetbet, Casino Titan, All Star Slots, & Lock Casino. I can vouch for them. I'm sure there are plenty more as well.

Never cashed out from Rival... Been reading a lot of mixed reviews lately.

I also think it's great that Winpalace is trying to make a change based on what we the customer want. The only complaint I have though is, since they sent you that information Mben, I still have not been able to request a withdrawal. Everytime I try to request one, the system keeps rejecting it and tells me I need to have a faxback form on file. I have contacted the casino three times since I was sent that same information in my email and they said they'd get it fixed to where it would go through but have failed to do so thus far.

I also don't like to talk bad about anyone or any casino for that matter that is trying but, I just wish the kinks would get ironed out so I can hurry up and request my withdrawal because, I too sometimes find that little reverse button and can't help but to push it and, I know the longer it takes to get it requested, the longer it's gonna take to get to me, with that 10 day waiting period. Thank you Mben and staff for looking into this for me. It is greatly appreciated!

You should check with Live Chat. Different ND bonus's have different max withdrawals. And NO, CC is not a withdrawal option. Check out the cashier for withdrawal methods.

I just received my winnings from WP . It came via FedEX and was paid by check and not wire transfer . Wonder what is going on. Hope the check does not bounce. I have deposited checks from other Casinos and never had a problem . Has anyone ever received a check from WP.

Now if I can only get my money from Rushmore. Have been told for the last 2 weeks that I should have received it by now. Received an email on 1/14/2012 from Megan Ross saying the the processor said it was sent out, said she will check into and let me know, but no updates on it as of today. I know, I read that but it wasn't a check from this group. I know checks bounce. I helped another member recently with a bounced check issue at another casino group. So it does happen, I know.

As far as asking them to expidite it, I don't think I want to open that can of worms (unless I have already and would want to see which thread I helped a member out with something like this. I know we have helped with getting the weekly max raised for some some members.).

It's because anyone who had a cashout anywhere would start asking us to do this for them with all their cashouts. I hope you understand.

Stay strong, don't reinstall the casino and maybe install K-9. That should help you wait out the 10 days.
