I heard it is for the white label Rival casinos that are not accepting new USA players. I'm gonna try to find out more for you all.

Ok, word is that it may be temporary but still, no new USA players at this time.

There are only a few Rival casinos that don't operate under Rival directly and they include Sloto Cash, Box 24, Spartan Slots and Black Diamond, I believe. These would be the ones that still accept new USA players.

Don: I am sorry to inform you that due to the US government involvement in online gambling and not permitting citizens from the USA to gamble Online we are currently unable to accept U.S. customers to register, deposit and play at the casino

Don: Existing player accounts may be closed due to this in the near future. You may write your congressman regarding this ban imposed on you by the government

Just spoke to Don at Bet Cave, and he informed me of this.

Wow, this is really something.

Write 2 our congressman... YEA RIGHT! That's a tell tale sign that Don is not from the USA! Better advise,.. just bend over and take it in the rear like we've been doing for the last 20 years ~ smile and act like we are still the greatest country... send our children off to wars that have no reasons to even exist,.. pay your taxes like a good American citizen.. and don't forget to vote for the next puppet president, then things will get better...
... OR HOW ABOUT WE STAND UP AND DEMAND OUR COUNTRY BE GOVERNED BY THE CONSTITUTION THAT WAS SET UP MAKING THIS COUNTRY WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO STAND FOR... FREEDOM! I SAY WE CAN START BY BURNING THE PATRIOT ACT... WHICH IS JUST A BUNCH OF BULL$#!t THAT UNDERMINES ALL OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS! ~ AND YES,.. THAT'S WHERE THEY WROTE IN HOW THEY CAN AND WILL MESS WITH OUR ONLINE GAMBLING AND GOVERN A PLACE THAT IS NOT THEIRS TO CONTROL.. CAN ANYONE SAY "DICTATORSHIP"? = USA!

Was reading around the web.......Found this.....

Rival powered casinos are no longer accepting US players in response to the 5 US poker rooms that were seized by the DOJ. American casino players running out of places to gamble online.

As of April 16th, 2011 Rivalpowered.com casinos will not be accepting players from the United States of America. Although no statement has been issued to players a livechat confirmed that new US players are blocked and testing revealed that new players are not able to create an account. All of this seems to be a direct influence by the fact that the Department of Justice has seized 5 online poker domains and now has the online gambling industry in a panic. The 5 poker domains seized are PokerStars, FullTiltPoker, UB.com, Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker.

No more US players on Rival software

Rival casinos such as SlotoCash and Spartan Slots will be affected but nobody knows if any of these online casinos will stay open for business since it seems the majority of their players were American. At least with SlotoCash they have multiple language support and currencies. No official announcement has been made yet to any players but it is believed players might not be emailed since they already have accounts. Only if their accounts were being closed will they be notified. It is unknown which other US accepted casinos with different software providers will still accept US players or not. The same applies for other poker rooms and sports books.

I am not sure of the latest and how it will turn out, but one thing I can foresee for sure.  When a person wins a good amount then the casino will say"Sorry but US gambling is illegal" and likely some deposits forfeited.
