My two most hated words when put together ........ "bonus banned" at Rivals.

If the $20 does not appear in the cashier, then that is the reason why. And unfortunately, there is not anything Belgamo can do about it. :(

I have been banned at Rivals from time to time, but not this time. I got my $20 so thanks for that.
Checked in now and had "new promotions coming soon" but when I asked livesupport they put the welcomepromotions back for me.
I would never use a bonus at a Rival but it do feels better to not be banned:)

This rival is one of the few that is not directly controlled by rival gaming, so they have a more relaxed bonus banning system. If you find you are bonus banned or don't se the promotion, its best to just ask support as Tirileja did, it can't hurt.

its exist, but if your bonus banned by rival gaming you will not see it.
