thanks, it worked for me(first you have to cancel the "active" coupon (which i have no clue what it was) to be able to enter this one!

Tried, no good...

first said I had to deposit to get the 20, then I read further on the posts, deleted my coupon, added it back in. Now it's cannot be redeemed.

Didn't get it. Not a fan of their customer support either. Seems to me they only have the ability to take money from people and no power whatsoever to remedy a problem.

I attachd the chat I had with their customer support in case you wanted to take a look. I'm not going to deposit or play there so don't worry about getting the code to work for me.

Is it possible to click on your banner after clearing your cookies - then use the INSTANT PLAY option instead of downloading? I believe that is what I did - and they might not be tracking the banner link correctly because it'll take you to the landing page, but then selecting INSTANT PLAY instead of DOWNLOAD NOW could be erasing your affiliate code. This is probably what happened. I haven't heard a peep from the casino or a casino rep in regards to receiving any credit - I'm going to try to download now and see if that changes anything.

Goodtimes...but odd experiences with juvenile customer service is usually a red flag in my eyes.

I don't know what happened with your account, DrJugz, but I do know that you were not tagged to any affiliate and now you are.

Even though you said don't worry about getting you a chip, bojangles, I did send your username off with a couple of others for another casino within this group, to see what is up with all your accounts.
