If they lose a processor, then they have to scramble to find another. The industry is facing that "problem" everyday.
If they lost their processor, that's what they should have told you and not said it" was sent" thinking that would keep you happy and buy them some time.

I had a withdrawal with them a few months ago and they had problems with the processor then. I took about 6 weeks, but I got paid. They said it was resolved then, but I guess they must have problems again.

I may have ya beat..granted it hasn't been nearly as long but I haven't even gotten as far as trying to withdrawl yet. I was playing at the new Buzzluck on Sunday. I was playing a tourney and hit the minor jackpot. When the tournament ended I saw that the winnings from the jackpot were not in my account. I have contacted support 5 times now and all thay can tell me is that they are having problems involving the tournaments that day. Apparently quite a few b people haven't been awarded their winnings. Everyday they tell me it should be straightened out shortly. When I asked to be compensated while I wait with just a small free chip I was told they can not give me a free chip until after I make a deposit. LOL...I don't think so..if they won't credit me my fair winnings I certainly do not have enough trust or stupidity to put any more money into their casino. It is not even as if I am trying to withdrawl what I won in the jackpot, I was just planning on playing with it for now. We'll see how it plays out but for a brand new casino this does not look good.

I have a question about your Buzzlock winnings - what kind of tournament were you playing in? Was it one of the timed slot tournaments where everyone starts with the same amount? If so, my understanding was that anything won during those tournaments is strictly for for tournaments and doesn't carry over. I've won a couple of Random Jackpots in those tournaments, but all they ever did was add to my tournament score - aka not cashable.
Yes, it was that type of tournament, but apparently they have been having alot of similar issues. They did tell me that it has been reviewed by managment and I should be receiving it soon. I read in another thread here that some people received credit for their lost winnings today although I do not know what they were playing, so I checked in with support and was told to check my account tomorrow...I'll let ya know
No RTG-casino has ever been paying out any minor or jp to a player ever that was won in a tournament. It's only for the tournament and what you can win is the amount from where you are placed in the tournament. I would have been a millionare otherwise and all casinos would be out of money. I have seen randoms of $100 000. It would have been nice though...:)
I have a withdrawal with Rushmore which was approved on Dec. 1st and said it was sent out and that I should receive my winnings within 10-14 business days. PSP, exactly how long did it take you to receive your winnings. If anyone else had a withdrawal there recently how long did it take. My last witdfrawal with them took about 6 weeks, which was a few months ago, which at the time they said they were having processor problems, but thye told me that that problem was resolved. Thats terrible to have to wait that long. My withdrawal was approved on 12/1 so after I read your post I went to live chat and asked about my withdrawal and asked if I am going to have a long wait. Still have not received my winnings from Rushmore. Was requested on 11/28/2011 and approved on 12/1/2011. Was told before Christmas that it has been sent to the processor, but can't tell me when the processor will send it out, just tells me it will go out in the next batch of withdrawals. I have 2 withdrawals pending...one approved on 10/21 and one approved on 11/7 for a total of $2700. Still have not received them. I even opened a new checking account because they said my current one returned the withdrawal. They said they tried to send a check, but Washington will not accept them and it was returned. Over the past week, apparently they have decided to stop responding to my emails!!! I contantly email, call, and live chat them almost every day. I'm starting to think they are screwing me out of my money.

Each time I read this post I sigh. It is quite obvious that Rushmore is having payment issues, and each of you are doing everything you possibly can do get them to pay you to no avail.
All I can say from my own experience is that Rushmore does pay. It has been taking an extremly long time to get the money to the bank accounts but it does show up in the end.

As we have seen in the past few weeks, checks are being sent vs wire transfers. I can only think it is due to processore issues.
I know at this point a check would be a welcome sight for you.
One week ago today I receeived an email from Megan from Rushmore saying that she was in the process of getting a tracking number for my wire transfer. I have not heard one word back from her. They do not answer my emails that I send regarding the tracking number. Live chat said that would leave a note for her to contact me , but she never does. This is really getting frustrating. According to her my wire transfer was sent out on 1/5/2012 andthey said I shouldhave received it by now, and that is what the tracking number wasfor, to track it down. They never emailed me andsaid that my bank returned the wire transfer, so that can't the problem. Still no repsonse to my emails. I don't think that it takes almost 2 weeks to get a tracking number. They know that the wire transfer are not working out so why can't they just send a check like some people are getting. When and if they answer my email they will probably tell me the same thing to see if I received it from Definite payments. I have been checking my bank account from the beginning to make sure I haven't missed anything, and like you said would know if the payment was received. I know how much I have in my account and would know if I received it. Just another excuse on their part. At this point I am beginning to think that I will never see that money.

Hello, I'm a new guy here. i found the thread "Rushmore Saga" just by poking around on the web so I joined this forum. I am posting here just to let it be known that Nikkidog is NOT alone! My story is very similar to Nikkidogs.
I made 3 cahouts from Rushmore Casino as follows:
Cashed out $2,000 - approved on Nov. 24th Cashed out $1,800 - approved on Dec. 1st Cashed out $1,000 - approved on Dec. 8th
Today is Feb 2nd and I still did have not received any money from any of these withdraws. I am experiencing the exact same thing as Nikkidog as far as my communications with Rushmore. I am sick about the whole thing and just decided to post my frustration here and to let it be known what is in store for anyone trying to get a cashout from this casino.
Wonder many more folks aren't getting their money! I really feel like when that damn pop up window comes up their automatically, to say NO DAMIT, I am NOT going to deposit...Why deposit if I won't get paid!!!!
I know just what you are going through. Well yesterday I received an email from Tara Murdoch, who said that she is now in charge of the withdrawals department. She said that they are still trying to locate my funds and as soon as they are found, that they will issue me a check for my winnings. She also said that they have a new process, who they know has good results in getting the winnings paid. The laste mail I received before the one from her was from Megan, on 1/18/2012, in which she said that they were waiting for a tracking number for my wire transfer. I never heard from her again after that and she never answered any of my emails. It has been 2 weeks now and I can't believe that the have yet to get a tracking number. How long is this going to take now. They know that the wire transfers are not working, so why not just send a check. I have been told so many different stories, that I don't even know if I should believe this one. I will let you know if and when I receive my winnings or any updates with a different story.
Here is the latest news I just received. Spoke with Nick in live chat. He said that they have a reference number for my wire transfer and gave it to me, He said that according to the processor I should have received my winnings on 12/31/2011 and it should have read Definitive Payment Payments. I was told by the withdrawals department a while back that it was sent out by the processor on 1/5/2012, so how could it have been in my bank account on 12/31/2011. He said to check with my bank and give them the reference number to see why it was not placed in my account and possibly not accepted by my bank. . I really do not want to give my bank any information as to not raise any red flags. He said that they are trying to locate my winnings and get it back and then they would issue me a check. Mben,what do you think all about this. I just do not know what to believe.

Call your bank, nikki, and ask them if any wires tried to come in, give them the reference number. If they say yes, but was rejected, then you go back to Rushmore and tell them that. If they say no, then you go back to Rushmore and tell them that too.
Don't give the bank any info other than the amount, the dates the wire was suppose to hit around and the reference number. I don't think they will ask you any questions other than that and if they do, just tell them it is a wire coming from a friend overseas.
Nikkidog - No. i've heard absolutely nothing from them. every time i talk to them on chat (which seems the only way to communicate) they just keep giving me a slightly altered version of the same story they keep telling me which, in a nutshell is...... "it is in the hands of the processor you should get your money very soon".
Just to let you know, i read the advise that Mben just posted here about calling the bank, and I liked the idea, so i called my bank. They were able to confirm that no wire transfers (in the amounts I specified) were ever sent. They said they would have a record of it if it did. Therefore, I know with certainty that it is all Rushmore stalling and jerking me around.
Did the bank ask you any questions about the wire transfer, like where it was from or anything like that. They are just stalling, but I did read on another forum yesterday that some people are starting to receive their money, who have been waiting as long as we have. If they don't know where the wire transfers are , stop all this nonsense and lies and just send us a check.
no. i was fortunate to get someone on the phone who wasn't nosing into who the transfer was coming from. I just asked her a direct question .... " were there any wire transfers intended for my checking account in the sum of $2.000 that were rejected or denied in the past 3 months? " . she then took a moment to check my account records and said "not that we are aware of". and that was that.

I also went to live chat and told them. They said they will forward my message to the withdrawals department, but can't count on that either. Maybe Bel can get some answers. I sure hope so.

Also, just an fyi,I have played at quite a few online casinos and the one I like the most is vegas2web. I've had lots of success there and they are so reliable, it makes me wonder why I play on any other. I am not trying to promote them as I have absolutely no vested interest. When you called your bank and asked them about the wire transfer did you have a tracking number to give them. I think I mentioned in the pm I sent you that they now tell me that I have to call the Bank of America and give them the tracking number , even though that is not the bank that I have my checking account at. The said that all wire transfer go through them before it goes to my bank. I do not believe this because in the 3 months that I have been getting all kinds of story, no one has ever told me that. When I asked him why was I not told this before he would not answer the question and stopped the chat. So I think that it is just another stall. No I did not give a tracking number as I had no tracking number to give them. My bank knew (knows) weather or not a wire transfer tried to come in or not. This is just another stall tactic from Rushmore. I seriously do not know how they can stay in business with this sort of thing happening. And I dont like to say this but I am now starting to think that maybe we will never get paid. The only hope I still have is the fact that they did send us both recent e-mails that acknowledge the fact that they do still owe us money and they are apologetic and are working on getting that money to us. Believe me.... this is one of the most frustrating things I've ever been through.

well it looks like I am not going to paid. they told me it is out of their hands and there is nothing more they can do. said the wire transfer is stuck some where and in so many words said it is up to me to try and get it released. I just found a link in small print at the bottom of the website - CDS. This is a link to a page to report claims owed by RTG casinos to Central Disputes System. Just sent one...we'll see if this changes anything.

Since they do have your $$, I think you will see this payment, angiephillips. QB10 got paid finally but his $$ was not lost.
Now regarding nikkidog's $$, Rushmore is saying it went out and got "frozen" at the intermediary bank. Her's is not a good situation.

I know that you and everyone else feels bad for me and I thank you all for your concerm. and I really hope that Angela gets her money. The Bank of America still says that they do not have a record of a wire transfer, but Rushmore insists that they do. My bank says they do not have a record of a wire transfer to my account, so who do I believe. I think if the bank had it thry would tell me even if they will not release it to my account. This whole thing is so strange. For 3 months Rushmore never told me anything about the BOA or that it might be frozen. This was just told to me last week. They just kept telling me not to worry that I will get paid for sure., no matter what. So who knows maybe if it is at the bank they will send it back to Rushmote, but that does not mean that Rushmore will send it to me if they get it back. I don't trust them.
I know that you and everyone else feels bad for me and I thank you all for your concerm. and I really hope that Angela gets her money. The Bank of America still says that they do not have a record of a wire transfer, but Rushmore insists that they do. My bank says they do not have a record of a wire transfer to my account, so who do I believe. I think if the bank had it thry would tell me even if they will not release it to my account. Just my opinion nikkidog, but I do think if your bank had any record of a transfer they would of told you. Even, as you said, if they didnt credit it to your account, they certainly would of told you. I cant think of a reason for them not to, you know?
I have email Tara and told her that many times, but she will not answer my emails. I was thinking of of filling out the CDS like Angela did , but will try calling before I do that. If neither one works, then I guess there is nothing else I can do.
Well finially received an email from Tara a few minutes ago. She said that my winnings were just resent this morning to my bank debit card. That was the only option I had, because they said they are no longer sending checks.
She said it will take 3-5 days to reach my account, not counting weekends. After waiting 4 1/2 months, I sure hope there will be no problems. I will keep you updated.

I have not deposited there since way before I won the money from the tourney that I just received. Like you, and I am sure many others, only play the Friday free tourney, which my husband usually plays. If he wins I told him he can fight with them for 4 1/2 months. I do have to say, that they sent it out on April 12th and I received it yesterday April 14th, but that is not enough to make me deposit.
