The rumor mill is reporting that the US Justice Department has allowed a French firm to take over Full Tilt Poker. Groupe Bernard Tapiehasis is the company that wanted to buy the poker site after they were shut down on Black Friday.
The Justice Dept has not confirmed this nor has paperwork been written but it is said that the deal has been made. It is said that the DOJ will oversee payng back players who are owed money.
