The link is working fine for me sindhiya. Please check your computer security settings, perhaps they are stopping the casino from downloading.

Most no deposit bonuses are not cashable. Meaning if you make playthrough and have a cashout, they will back the amount of the bonus out of the total amount to be cashed out. It's a "sticky" bonus.

So always cashout out the max PLUS the amount of the bonus ... so you get the maximum allowed.

He/She means that this bonus isn't cashable in any way, it's just like freeplay money, but well if its why it has wagering requirments of x99 if no withdrawal is allowed from that.

I asked the same question about WinWard casino which belongs to the same group, you told me that you will get in contac with casino rep - but nothing there for now.

Last year I cashed out $100 on a freebie from Winward. You can cash out winnings in excess of the freebie you were originally given, but you can't cash out the freebie itself.

I'm sorry for not getting back to you in the Winward thread. I still have not heard from the rep. But the answer would be the same for Winward as it is for Thebes.
