Online gambling ally Barney Frank has made the decision that he is not going to run for office next year. He is making his announcement today at 1 PM EST.
Frank is a congressman for the state of Massachusetts and was the Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee at one point in his career.
The talks and hearings that are happening in the US right now about legalizing online gambling are due mostly to Barney Frank as he was the one who paved the way for current consideration.
Frank is 71 years old and enjoyed a 32 year career in the US government.
