Did they say why you did not qualify?

Is it possible that you have multiple accounts or downloaded the casino from another affiliate? Those are the only 2 reasons that I can think of as to why you would not be eligible, deni.

Can´t claim the bonus.

The offer was sent to a select few players by invite only. Unfortunately this was posted on 3rd party forums or sent from 3rd party websites via email. These sites did not check the requirements or get authorization to post these. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I downloaded the casino from here and started off with TSLP10 - then tried to claim TSLP250, and was told I didn't qualify. The live chat rep instead gave me one of their bonuses...and told me the only casino I was affiliate stamped on was Casino Grand Bay.
