Co-owner of Absolute Poker, Brent Beckley, has pled guilty to charges filed against him in the Black Friday fiasco.
He admitted to conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud. He said this to the judge "I knew it was illegal to deceive the banks in this way."
He was facing a maximum sentence of 30 years behind bars. Most likely, he will only do 12-18 months.
Ira Rubin, who was a payment processor that was charged also, is suppose to be signing a plea agreement too.
