I have an unusual issue. I *tried* to join Grand Eagle a year or two ago, downloaded, registered BUT they said my account was under review and would never let me log in. When I downloaded from your link, it already had my info in the login, but AGAIN...account under review. They are very thorough, I suppose.

So maybe you could find out for me why I am being scruinized so roughly and how I can actually log in and claim your bonus or whatever bonus I was trying to claim so many months ago.
