Hi Debbie, I've gotten that error mesage before trying to install an RTG casino and I still haven't figured it out. Hopefully other members have some ideas for you to try and if not, you should contact support and see if they can help. I never contacted support about it. I just blew off installing whatever casino it was.

deborilla is getting the same error. And I have gotten it before when trying to install a different casino. I still have not figured out what to do.

If it makes anyone feel better ... I can't get the site to open for me so I can download the casino (then maybe I could try the install to see if I get the same not a valid windows app error too).

Has anyone else have a players-reward card? I just got one today via snail mail that was loaded with a free $50. I just redeemed this at Ruby Slots. When I called their support via my cell phone I was told that this is considered a credit card purchase and can be redeemed even if your last transaction was a free chip with no wager requirements or max cash-out! This card can be used at over 20 RTG casinos I picked Ruby Red since you are an affiliate and I trust your judgement when it comes to depositing and receiving withdrawals from one of your casinos. I was just curious if anyone else had received this offer its supposedly sent out to limited VIP players and is still in the testing stage. I must have received it because I had deposited at VIP Lounge years ago before it switched its name to Ruby Slots. We will see if its legit if I'm able to receive a requested withdrawal if I choose to do so.

I also got the players reward card for $50 and redeemed it at Ruby Slots...of coarse I played and lost it all and today the casino had called my home phone-I was bored and answered the phone which i never do when my caller id reveals numbers i don't know- it was a support person from Ruby Slots and they asked me how I liked the casino...of coarse I couldn't help myself and told them that the slots were so tight and didn't win anything...to make a long story short the support person told me to check my account in 30mins and when I did there was $35 in it...nice casino but still the slots were so tight i lost all that to...not sure if I will ever deposit there again until I see or hear any good winnings from them...
