    Hello Pokerhontas.  I was wondering if you still have that email and if you could forward it to me.  I am thinking that I got it but it went to junk mail and I deleted it without even looking.  I talked to live chat and he said I have to have the email, which if I had been smart I would have told him that I received the email.  Anyway it would be very much appreciated. I just signed up here so not sure if you can access my email, it is weinkauf70@yahoo.com Thanks a bunch,Amanda

    Hi gang:Just to let you all know, and possibly save Pokerhontas from emailing a email that you may not need, I was able to claim this bonus without any sort of email.I simply went to live chat, and told them I would like to receive the $10 no deposit bonus.  She checked my account, and credited it instantly.As long as Pokerhontas is willing to continue to forward the emails to all of you it's okay with us, but please try to receive the $10 no deposit bonus without it therefore saving her time she may need.                                                                      Pam -- Edited by PMM2008 on Sunday 15th of July 2012 07:40:04 AM

    @ Pokerhontas:From what KaleesGammy said .... I talked to live chat and he said I have to have the email , which if I had been smart I would have told him that I received the email. Now once members have the email, I don't know what the casino wants them to do with it to get the bonus. Forward it to their support? Will that work when it wasn't directly sent from the casino to them? Who knows.And yes, it would be nice if members would come back and at least tell you thanks, that it worked or thanks for helping them but it didn't work. So from me to you again ... thanks for offering to forward the email. You certainly did not have to do that from the start and I want to give you a pat on the back for being such a helpful member of the forum. @Pam:What did the casino need to confirm in your account after you asked them for the $10? Did you need to be on a list? Or a depositor?And we all know how support works. One player may get the rep you talked to and be given the bonus no problem with no reference of an email and other players like me will get a different rep and will be asked to forward the email to them after I tell them I received one and never actually did. Then I say ... busted! lol :homer:

    I didnt have any email, and I have never deposited at Liberty Slots, but was able to receive the free $10.Support said let me check your account, but I have no idea what exactly they checked for before I was credited the $10. :weird:                                                                        Pam

    I just tried to claim this and KimberlyL said the credit is applied within 24 hours of support's receipt of the email. I guess it just depends on which support rep you get. Better to have the email and not need it...

    i didn't have the email because it was in my spam folder and got deleted i saw it after i hit the delete button but by then nothing i could do. i did not get the bonus as i didn't have the email, support said i had to have email and would not credit my account

    Thanks Mben and PMM2008 ! I don't really mind helping the members thats what where here for :)But to all the members who wants the email to be send to you, I would like to know first if it really works. I just hope that those people who got my email let me know if they got the bonus.
