He put $7000 in mine while I was playing with $230 of my own money. For 2 weeks I couldn't get a hold of him to tell me about it and what to do with it. Alls he said was to play it. Now he tells me it was play money? I made playthrough on it. Someone in support told me it was a cash bonus and it had 1x wagering. I was told before when I was withdrawing my $230 that I could also cash out $2270. It still sits there pending, along with $12,000 plus in my balance. Og says he would compensate me. Casino rep said I can play with $260 of original balance and try to get it up. I wrote him back and told him I withdrew $230, not $260, over a week ago. Asked if this their idea of compensation, and haven't heard back from him. You have no idea the s--- this useless gift put me thru. I'm just curious because I asked at another forum if anyone else had this happen to them. No one. When did they endow you with yours? He dsidn't ask me if I wanted it it, it just appeared with my balance. No one else could tell me about this big mysterious special treatments from Og gift but Og

If I wanted to play with play money I have plenty of it there. But I was playing with real money. He may have said I couldn't cash it out. But with the whole circumstance, surely there was something more to it. And he wouldn't get back to me or answer my mail. Why didn't support tell me what it was, if in fact, play money? I had to have Og explain to me. What ever info I found out without Og, it was a cash bonus with a playthrough which was met. No one will say how much can be withdrawn. And only BS now I'm sure to get out of it. Firebird, if this was in the last 3 weeks or so, I'm sure they did this only to make it look like this is a normal act on their part. Has anybody else had this happen to them? If so, was it before the last 3 weeks?

this was yesterday....he came on the support side and said it was a gift but could not cash out...never deposited there before and never would especially after that gift .  Unreal at what lengths casinos will go to keep your money these days.......
