I've seen that happen somewhere else before where you are still considered a "new" player and can cop on free new player offers up until you make a deposit. I am guessing that this is the difference here going on with getting the bonus and not getting it.

No, It says I'm not eligible so I then took it to live chat like the offer states and she told me after checking with whoever that it's only for new players to try the games. But if you can get it for me that would be awesome!
