I had to reinstall the casino also, and it lets me log in now, but when I go to the coupons tab, it says this account is not eligible for coupon redemption... blah, blah. I went to my history and the last free $ I recieved was $150 direct to my account from the chat party (that was awesome, by the way). Has this happened to anyone else? Before reinstalling, I had no porblems redeeming coupon codes!

I got my cashout from betphoenix today via moneygram instadollar. I went to live chat and spoke with Otto this morning to see the status. He said there was some sort of problem withit, so he called me to explain it. He said a manager would be in in an hour and he would email me his findings. I got the email and everything was fine, he also gave me the option of using the withdrawal request as a deposit plus I would get a nice bonus on top of that. I decided to take the cash. A litlle while later I got a call from the casino manager (Dell I thinks is his name)he gave me the senders name, country, amount, and control number, I went to walmart and got my $100 in cash."

I have never ran into that message from any RTG casino. Did you contact customer support and ask them?  I was posting as you re posted. lol So what coupon are you trying to claim? The REDOWNLOADPHO ? Even so, have you contacted support?

That's why I haven't seen that message mommy. I have not opted out nor am I a bonus abuser. (anymore lol) mindydiann, I am not saying you have done either. I would call customer support to have them sort it out for you.

said the same thing after it would not let me claim the code for a reason i do not understand i went to the live chat never got spoke to then went to account and thats what it said coupons not available i would have been okay with it if i abused their coupons like other casinos but i did not. I waited 5 days after cashing out on their frist coupon and never received an email or anything so reversed and lost it . Blank this casino i have banned them.....

I would just like to say I'm sorry to Cat Dancer for snapping yesterday, I really didn't convey what I meant in a more respectable way, and thanks to cat034 for helping with that little confusion that was going on, and a big thank you to Mben for going out of your way to help me, and thank you to everyone for letting me speak my mind. I still choose not to ever place any of my money in their casino and also no matter weather anyone believes it or not I would have been more forgiving of the casino had I got an apology instead of a $5 chip that the terms were impossible to cash out {the fee's would of been more than the cashout} but thank you for this forum and have a good evening everyone

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAve deposited at betphoneix i loaded my prepaid card with enough money to play at betphonix and then deposit 10 at inetbet.i didnt take a deposit bonus at bet and i played $20. then i went to deposit $10 at inet. when i called my card $24 had been taken out. i never knew it as $4 to make a deposit there, i have deposited before and wasnt charged such a fee. is it something new?

I have never been charged a fee....are you sure it is not a fee from your pre-paid card, like a monthly service fee or something?

im positive i just got off the phone with them just to inquire they said the proccessor charges a fee .i always use my prepaid card its $1 for transactions i dont use the 1 with the $9 monthly fee but all is well they even gave me a ten dollar chip to compensate without me asking way coolanyway might be something new guys so take in consideration when depositing goodluck and happy spinning
