The Ruby Royal Rep has just confirmed........ I can confirm that with ACH, players can cashout to ACH no matter what method they deposit with. Same will apply to cheque when this is launched in the coming days.In the case of a customer winning from a ND bonus and they had not made a deposit, customer still needs to make a verification deposit using any method and can then select ACH as the withdrawal option. Wonderful news!!

I wanted to give a heads up that it looks like we will be hit with an intermediary bank charge if we use this option to cashout on top of the regular charge your bank will charge."
    "
This happened to a member after cashing out at Vegas Regal via ACH but her missing funds were refunded back to her."
    "
I had the same issue with a different casino, questioned the manager and my rep about it and they say that there is nothing they can do about this charge."
    "
It's a good option if you are withdrawing a large amount, but if you withdraw the minimum of $100 via ACH, expect to see half of you winnings in your bank account. Just my opinion.
