I have a pre-paid card that i play with and I made a deposit and it went through twice.... It was approved 2xs and they only credited me for one deposit. i have emailed them and talk to them with the same email and they keep asking me to send them the same info that is already on the email.. i feel like im getting the run around.... Is this a fluke of has this happened to anyone elce.....

my advice is to log into your account in the casinogo to your banking historytake a screenshot of your purchase historythen, log into your prepaid credit cards website and take a screenshot of transactions that posted for the deposits made to that casinofinally, contact support via telephone instead of chat.  this way you can deal with one person directly.  good luck.All Jackpots Customer Service U.S. toll-free support line1-866-864-2506

i contacted my credit card company and informed them of this problem and the response was that if the charges are not submitted (twice) it will not go through. "
just keep track of your transactions... sorry this has happened, i know it's a pain, but i have not been charged twice.
