all slots withdrawal

all slots said they sent my withdrawal out on 10-11-2008. they always send me a check but they claim they sent this to a bank account of mines which they had on record for several years which had be closed so they claimed they cancelled the transaction and they would send the withdrawal to my another one of my accounts. I still haven't received a thing and when I write them it's like pulling teeth I have to write several emails just to get a response and when they finally do response they said they will contact me back in 48 hours but they don't and i have to email again and then  when they finally do answer they  say they don't know where the money is. I had complained about their customer service at the same time i ask for the withdrawal and I think they are holding my withdrawal because i told them their customer service was terrible. one of the reasons i say their customer service is terrible because they lie about when they have sent out your withdrawals and i can prove that.
