I am shaking like a leaf as I post this.   This is the biggest win I have ever had online or in the Land Casino.   $50 deposit at Platinum Play Casino, No Bonus taken. No Max cashout.  Hit several bonuses within a short time, which is rare. Then, this last bonus came, and I hit this.  It went on forever, adding up, and I NEVER rush the game when it is doing that.  I was betting $3.00 per spin. I love this game, have played it forever and have waited a long time to be able to have a hit like this.  It happens to others, but not to me.  Today was my turn. Well, today is a good day.  Last night was a little scary.  Platinum Play wanted updated verification documents, so I had to scramble to get those to them so they did not put my withdrawl back in my account.  Then I would have to start the process all over again. AHHHHH. Sent them off in a hurry, and verified with Live chat they were recieved and accepted.Woke up this morning and checked the status.  Email said Withdrawl has been processed     Even better news, they sent it straight to my bank, instead of QT.  Should see it when I check my bank balance tomorrow.  I am beyond excited.  Thanks for all the well wishes.                                                                                          Pam

Just an update gang....No money yet in my bank account.  Platinum Play processed it on the 14th, and did a ACH Bank transfer to my bank account, but as of yet, it is not there.  Sighhhhh.....I know they can take up to 5 to 7 business days but I have never had to wait that long. All the worst case scenerios are running thru my mind.  Why isnt it here, where could it be, what is taking it so long, etc etc. I just can't believe what a nervous wreck i have been since I won this money. It isnt real till you hold it in your hand you know? I know it is to late in the day today to bother to check my bank again.  Guess I'll check again tomorrow.  Keep good thoughts for me gang.  I just hope nothing has gone wrong and it gets sent back to Platinum Play.   If I had to go thru this process again, I dont know what I would do.                                                                                            Pam

Hello Gang:I am so HAPPY to report, my money showed up today in my bank account about 60 minutes ago. It has been a nerve-wracking 9 days.  Platinum Play was absolutley awesome during the whole process, and although I had to send in new verification documents, it did not slow the process on their end. My preferred method of Payment was ACH Bank Transfer.  Come to find out, instead of being the fastest way to go, it turned out to be the slowest.  You just never know how it is going to go. Special thanks to Mben for listening to me worry and fuss this morning about where my money was.  I needed an ear, and you were there.
