Another Rival Sadly Deleted

    Had a great conversation with a moron today from Ruby Royal.  What a waste of time and energy.  They have been deleted (isn't that a great feeling) and won't be depositing there again.     r ebago my comment below is not directed at at your post per say - its somethimg ive been thinking  and been meaning to post for a while ...but your  post was a perfect example of what my comment is about -that this is the type of incident that i think what i say below should be done -LOL so i went ahead and used it , i hope you dont mind -thank you [​IMG]Yes i agree rebago...and i know what you were dealing with a nd what you were asking him...but that particular support person was especially inept i have to agree.I would mail a copy of that to management if i were you and tell them that their  support need to be better educated about  the issues that players  will be requesting assistance with for sure - but it appeared that guy was barely making it past a language barrier of some kind ...and thats not acceptable in my opinionEven if they are not familliar with the issue that you are asking about they should at least have to be able to understand what it is your saying ....you know what i mean?And that guy had NO idea what you were trying o tell him - but that wasnt your fault you were perfectly clear.But you guys need to start sending the ones like these to management- so that they are aware of it , if enough people do that, they will sart to see it, thats how we can get stuff changed - but no one sits and re reads all the support chats w/ the players at the end of the night  checking out everyones job performance. NOW I AM NOT SAYING  ... Dont delete them ...lol,...stay and work it out ,and fight through all that crap until finally -...you are allowed to deposit LMAO!! no i am not saying that ....i am just saying ...delete them- i would , but do a little follow through and email that to MANAGEMENT .... cuz that little conversation is a beauty- and we need to make them aware of it.Just my opinion of course...but if we just  get pissed w/ live chat and delete the casino ...( and again im not saying dont delete them i totally would have too)but we have to start sending this stuff to the casino management so we know that  they are seeing it- or we wont get anything changed .Posting about it on forums to other players alone wont get it done.-- Edited by Cat Dancer on Friday 28th of May 2010 09:20:46 PM

    I deleted this casino about a month ago. I got tired of losing money there, it was like as soon as you started playing you knew you were gonna lose. The bonuses were good and thats what suckered me in. Planet23 is about to go also I've deposited about $1000 since March 27th and have the same feeling with them.
