Closed BAD BAD WIN PALACE, im banned 4 bonus and i cant use my compoint (1600)

I decide to open this post becouse after i win 2 time here, they banned for me to use more deposits bonus and i cant use my compoints. Im sending emails to the finance section and they never answer one email. I want an explanation about that. I contact the chat support, and they sent emails to the finance sections and they never answer too. So i think i will sto playing here, they cant giveme some reasonable explanation. this was the first email that i receive: Wednesday, May 25, 2011 10:30 AM   Dear Martin,    Due to management decision, your account has been excluded from redeeming coupons.   Regards, Adrianna Van De Kamp WP Finance So hope they can read this here and aswer to me

i was banned from titan for the same reason but thats been a year checked th other day and still banned

Unfortunatley I have read this scenerio before.The casino reserves the right to ban players from promotions at management descretion.You getting lucky at the casino and winning a couple times is the perfect reason for them to do so in their eyes.  However not answering your emails is just bad customer service, I agree.The part I dont understand is the comp point thingy. Those are yours. You earned them, and should rightfully be allowed to redeem them.Has anyone else out there had this happen with the comp points?  What was the casinos reason?Im sorry 13mar13 that the casino did this to you.  As always, read all the terms and conditions, and you will see, they have covered all their bases in them.

yes Pamm they can do what they want, but never answer one mail. I only want an explanation. And as they can do what they want i can do what i want to, i mean close that account 4 ever. I really hate when that happen. For example at 32red i use all the bonus available every month and never i have any problem, the same to 3dice, club world, villento, rich reels, and so many others casinos. But the point is that never receive any answer from them.

Hello, please play another RTG Casino ( iNetBet,Intertops or CWC) is better. Winpalace is not good for pay out the Money. See all good Casinos via Casinomeister. Good Luck Peter

13mar13,I understand how you feel. I myself is banned from INetBet casino to claim deposit bonus after some big cashout.But I still able to claim compoints. They should allow you to claim the compoints because is your own money.Now I switch to HighNoon Casino & Manhattan Slots. Cashout $1800 at Manhattan Slots last week with $100 deposit.You may try another RTG casino that treat you better.Good luck to you!

That is great advice from the gang 13mar13.There are plenty of good RTG casinos yet to choose from, and I think you ought to look elsewhere as well.If you have any questions about any casino, just let us know.  Mben, Myself and the rest of the gang will steer you in the right direction.                                                                         Pam

Win Palace, Casino Tital and Slots Jungle are in the same group.  I had the same thing happen at Slots Jungle. This has made me decide to never play at any of them again. I say we all blacklist them.  Poor practices in my opinion.

ty Mben, never received any answer, but i can use the compoint, and I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT i really hate when i ask something that they did and never received any explanation about it. So that is THE END for this group.

I'm glad you got to use your comp points, Martin but sad you closed your account over this. If they get enough players closing their accounts over a simple thing like wanting answers to their questions, maybe the casino's management will get a clue.

I do not really like the way you manage of the manager of this casino, make decisions without knowing any explanation of why they do what they do. Never had problems like this in casinos like 32Red, 3dice, clucbworld, allstar, nedplay and others...

I remember closing my account before at certain casinos for similar reasons, and no one even bothered to ask me why I was closing my account.  They did not show a single bit of interest in my unhappiness, or the fact they were losing me as a customer.I'll tell you one group who did care, and that was Bet on Soft.  I wanted to close my account , and they actually gave me a free chip, and took care of the problem right away for me.  I did all this thru live chat.Some groups care I guess , more than others.                                                                                           Pam

I am wondering if WinPalace should just be blacklisted. I have put so much in there and never win anything over $150 - just to lose it all again because I am no where near playing out my bonus amount. I just love the games they have though - ugh! It irritates me!
