Hi I was wondering if anyone has had a cashout at Begado??? I recently aquired enough in my account to make a decent request for it. I noticed certain things they require but then do they send a check or how is that handled? They asked if you have a Neteller account which I don't because I live in the U.S. In fact my state has certain gambling regulations. They also asked if my bank accepted international deposits...that I will have to find out. Thanks for any info you may have. Well Begado is associated with Slot Jungle group, that is notorious for slow pay, small withdrawal limits, and no pays. As long as terms were followed, I wouldn't see why you shouldn't get your money, although it may take a while and you may have to fight for it. But also let me add I would never play this group. @Dragon -- they had to give you some reason not to pay you like some broken term. Most common one I see is redeeming multiple chips.
I see it was a no deposit bonus which of course always has max cashout on RTG.I know you said you read the terms, but there is no term that says after fulfilling wagering requirement you can play restricted games. Again I posted the terms above and it is worded loosely enough that they can say that while you have the bonus in your account you cannot play restricted games. Most of the rogues do void out winnings if playing restricted games even after meeting wr.As I said before I definitely don't support the group so I am not defending them. This is a predatory term that definitely allows them to void plenty of peoples winnings. Most good casinos do let you play restricted games after clearing wr.Again I have not found the term that says you can play restricted games after clearing wr, so please point it where that is. And if that is the case you should have been paid.
Hey just to let you know I no longer have the funds to withdraw from Begado. I was informed by Mark that there finance department would e-mail me and let me know about my documents and if they were sufficient and in order. I never got that e-mail and I got tired of asking. So I spent my funds and I enjoyed it. End of story...I will try someplace else. Their customer service and responding to people is very bad and I will not go back!!
To add to the continuing story of the Begado cashout...support is still requesting I send them copies of all the old credit cards I used at their casino in order to complete the process. I have told support (three times) that I no longer have any funds in my account to cashout and just to destroy that information I sent them that I did not intend on playing at their casino again. I thought I was quite clear that I was not returning to Begado and I also uninstalled it from my pc. This being the 14th day of June and that conversation started on the 30th of May makes me wonder when they read their e-mail???? Also I have never heard form George the manager since I sent him an e-mail with all my complaints. It's fairly obvious to me now that they must have a large clientel and don't need to worry about one person.
