Begado stalling withdraw for weeks ended up requesting a chargeback for all of my deposits at the casino

hey guys i would say avoid begado casino, they have been stalling me from withdrawing for 2 weeks, saying i must get documentation that i owned a card that was stolen months ago, and i have switched accounts and banks since then. so obviously i cant get papers like that. When i ask someone they tell me the same thing over and over again and then never respond to emails or just say wait 4-5 days. So after talking to a manager he literally repeats what ive already been told, and then says that I have to write a letter in exact detail to yet another person at begado casino regarding my situation... I told him how theres nothing i can do and that this is all stall tactics, because during these past couple weeks i deposited a little at first and won about 700 dollars, but due to them stalling i ended up using all that money up on games, and this happened a little bit more as well. So after about 2 weeks its clear that this was a losing battle and that they were going to do what they wanted. The manager i spoke to briefly mentioned requesting deposits back, so I decided that i would do just that. I felt like if i ever was able to withdraw they would come up with more excuses, and to be honest i just lost trust in them. So now im waiting on the refund which they said will take 8-9 days. I emailed them to let them know that recharging my card that got stolen wont work because its closed. So hopefully I will some way or another be able to get all of my deposits refunded. This is my personnel experience at begado and while you may have no problems there, i write this just as a warning that things like this are possible to happen, and that when they do support isn't their to help you but instead made things more frustrating and difficult

Cashouts do become more difficult when credit cards used have been stolen or the bank account has been closed or when documentation and statements are not readily available anymore. "
Since there is no cashout anymore, I hope that you do find a way to get your deposits back if that is what you want. I don't see why the casino should refund your deposits though as you played them and unfortunately by reversing your cashout, lost them. "
I understand the stall tactics that players feel casinos do but when things aren't quite right (as in not being able to supply the documents they request because of a stolen credit card), the casino needs to protect themselves also. "
I don't understand the repeated replies to you though. That is one thing that irks me ... telling me the same thing over and over and over. Surely, there are updates and new info they can pass along. "
I hope they come through for you no matter what you feel that is.

Oh you poor baby, I know exactly how you feel, but once you charge back, you will never be able to gamble online again. You see you will go into a database with all the casinos, even ones you have not played at yet and they will see that you charged back, and the casinos will not want your business."
Believe me, stall tactics or just blatant ignoring the player and getting no response is what they do. I even had checks bounced on me twice by club world, and that was after waiting 6 wks to get a tracking number, then when I had the check in hand, it was no good. But then they said request a new one, in the cashier and they made me wait the 12 days all over again. "
After requesting it the 2nd time I waited 5 days and went to the casino cashier again, to check status and the money was put back into my account. No reason or email was ever sent. So wasted the 5 days waiting, and had to request it all over again waiting the 12 days. This happened 3 times."
Then they say send an email to support and you do 5 times and they say they never got it. It is so very disrespectful. The worst thing is reading online about the problems you are having at the casino and others players as well have the same problem and they say It is an isolated incidence, and affected only a few people LOL or the problem has been fixed and all players effected have been paid. When you are the one who has not been."
You did not charge back, cause your a sore loser, you did it due to the casinos disrespect, believe me I get it! So the casino gets to disrespect you, stall you, and take your money, that's a hard pill to swallow.

Excellent point, lucky8s.But if craff is asking for (or what the casino rep offered) a refund of their deposits to be put back onto their card through the casinos finance dept, is it really a charge back where as the customer goes through their CC company to stop payment so to speak.

Craff25, You lost the money regardless of how long they stalled you. Just because you didn't have control and had to go play it, it doesn't mean that you now go chargeback your credit card. Its not ok for a second that you chargeback the card. If you want to complain about how long the process takes, that's one thing, but to blame you gambling your money away on their process is not ok. Actually this is really the sign of a gambling problem. This exact thing Craff25 is doing is the exact reason why casinos have problems and take forever to pay. Next time do your research and you would have found that Begado takes forever to pay and is really a lousy casino. Actually since your charging this back their probably wont be a next time. The casinos will take your deposits, but once you have a withdrawal they will probably classify you as a risk because of chargebacks and void any winnings.

Craff, you can still go to the old bank that the card was from, and request the information. I've had that same problem. You need to go in, cannot be done by phone. I hope this helps you get your withdrawal. It takes a bit of effort by you, but every credit/Bank Card you ever opened, is recored by the issuing bank, and they always have that information available to the Card Holder!

Thing is they might say i charged back but I didn't i just requested my deposits back because its been 2+ weeks of stalling, basically they wont change their opinion unless i somehow get documentation, which i called my bank again they said they do not have that and dont know they any business would need that. Mikey i would but the bank the stolen card was from is no longer my bank when my parents got a divorce i moved to my own bank account. Basically i tried everything i even gave over 4 forms with my adress on it, and then they keep repeating and ask me to handwrite a letter saying the same thing. He offered for me to take my deposits back so I did, i don't get it though i have withdrawn at many other casinos. If i get banned from every casino i guess thats whatever, but I'm not going to lose out on money because of a form. By the way the withdraws i was going for total about 700 and my deposits definately are more than 300 maybe 400 at most. So I'm taking a lose but i dont care anymore, i just want to get my money and be done with them. Not even kidding a guy on live said email a guy named ben, so i did then they send me the manager, then back to ben and then manager again.... and when I'm like what is going on they do a generic one moment please unfortunately your missing a document. You'd think if using another card was such an issue then they wouldnt allow it to be accepted when i deposit. "
I am more than willing to accept loses, in fact ive lost over 3 grand prior, no problem, but i will not accept a loss due to stalling and casino negligance

I'm not charging it back, they intiated the refund, chargeback would be i intiated a refund through my credit card provider without the casino knowing

Ok well that's good, but you used the word chargeback so obviously that's what I get from it. Either way you lost the money playing it back. Even if they said they were going to refund your money, its not going to happen. I have never in the world seen a casino refund deposits because they stalled you and you played it back. There's a reason why some of these casinos take for ever to approve documents, lose documents, take forever to process, the reason is to get the player to play it back just like you did.

That is true, what Mikey said whether your acct is closed or not you can go to any of the banks branches and sit down wait for a banker give them your id and they can pull up your transaction history from your stolen card and print it out for you.

Hi craff25,"
I understand your frustration and Mben just pointed this thread so I can participate and see what we can do."
Please understand that any casino requires documents to approve the payment and that's also in your favor. Picture that those measures are taken to protect players also."
Please don't do a charge back because as other players said here, that will mark your reputation for the future and is not a smart option."
I'm sure that your bank will be able to send some sort of statement signed and verified by the proper authority there confirming that you owned that credit card and had an account with them."
Again, this is not a matter of trying to avoid the payment but measures are taken in order to protect players as well as the casino."
Hope it helps and please don't hesitate to contact me by PM if you need further assistance."
Have an amazing day!"

Umm Im pretty certain he blew it all back and has nothing left to cashout. It seems he is expecting deposits to be refunded because a manager mentioned that, but as I said before, I have never heard of a casino refunding deposits because you blew the balance back.

I just left Club World casinos, to play at Begado and took their bonuses TAKE1, TAKE2,TAKE3 which is whatever you deposit you get 100% back. "
I got 100% back, so I must say they are pretty good in my eyes. They also very good customer service. I even checked their reviews and they are scored higher then Club World, Buzz Luck etc. They have 4.5 stars vs 3 stars for Club World. Of course have not had a cashout yet so can't say what my experience will be.

Don't believe everything you hear. The star rating is based upon the site your looking at. The more generous the casino is to the site the better the rating. Its more like on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, Clubworld is 10 and Begado is 1. Begado is affliated with Slots jungle, Winpalace, a group know for small withdrawals $500, and they take forever and stall the payout. Clubworld I believe goes up to $5000 a week , and I am certain you can get your money in about a weeks time. Clubworld can have your moneyput back on a card in about 4 business days.Hopefully the OP's story tells you how it goes. His story of the stalling I am sure is accurate. They are well know for this. Take this information and use it use your hard earned money at someplace reputable other than Begado.

Well being a player at Club for over 10yrs I can tell you do not believe what you read!!!! No one stalls more than club world, I wont bore you with all my email correspondence and stalling tactics they played with me."
They start out by saying request withdrawal and wait, well you do then a couple days later you check your acct and the money is put back into your account. No reason given, no email ever sent to tell you why, you go to chat and they say request it again, but the clock starts all over again on the wait time."
Than after about 3 weeks of this nonsense they will tell you that the BATCH that your w/d was in there was a problem with and you should get your deposit soon. LOL"
Then when you do get you check after 2 months they will send an email do NOT attempt to cash the check it is no good. We will send a replacement but you have to request a cashout in the cashier again and wait the 12 days all over again. "
Recently they have said the overcharges to your credit card, was due to their processors, and is an isolated incident, as well as their bounced checks, they are always isolated incidents until you read the forums.LOL

Yes I also have played at Clubworld Casinos for 5yrs+. I have never had an issue with any cashouts. I would always receive ACH or wire normally within a week. Currently the Pay my Card option is great, and I am seeing withdrawals in about 4-5 days. I do recall they have had a few slow withdrawal issues over the years, but nothing more than a couple weeks. I have not seen an issue with Clubworld in over a year. When is the last time you had an issue with a slow payment with Clubworld?

They overcharged my card 3 wks ago, as well as a few other players. I don't trust them anymore, not one cashout ever went smoothly, or in the time it said it would take. "
Have not had a cashout since last year, just deposited $700 in February.

Have you guys seen this:http://www.nodepositforum.com/t56665621/guess-who-won-a-random-jackpot-me/#.UxvRIj9dX84 stpowe6854 did the max cashout of $3000 on a $6055.85 random jackpot at Winpalace and got paid in 11 calender days. Now they are just waiting on the second payment to pay the rest of the jackpot. 11 days doesn't sound bad if you ask me.
