Well, sorry to say this, but if the promo was only for the tuesday's, and you deposited on wednesday, i do understand why you don't get the promo. Right?

well i dont agree sorry andy i back virgie on this one, it does state that tuesday is free play and says to log in tuesday evening for your share eg..no where does it say to deposit by that night for the bonus it should stipulate that it is only valid for the night but it dosen't and i think the live chat was not at all helpfull in representing this casinos promotion, i thought he was rude and abrupt with his answers, obviously a day late or not virgie deposited even with a misunderstanding most casinos will honor something like that so next time you know but ian was repetitive an robotic in his answers, bottom line she deposited her $100 they could have at least given her something but he didnt want to know......i dont feel like i wanna deposit there :(-- Edited by Chars at 23:30, 2008-11-14

i agree char with you. also, i did trying to purchase twice right after playiing but it kept dying my ccard. i always use this one. it is my bank card and has worked there and did work that night at another casino. i couldnt deposit but tried but the next  day is when i realized i had money in my usemywallet acct. it was not even 8 hrs later.yes i did not deposit until the day and after losing the 500 they offered 100% deposit bonus but it did not say it had to be right that moment. i believe in obeying the rules. if i have to why dont they

OMGGGGGGG Virgie!!! I cannot believe they way that customer Service person talked to you!! That in itself should earn you a really GOOD bonus!! I hope you report this &^%&%hole!! What a frick'n jerk! I mean come on what would they lose if they just added the bonus, just to gain a new player??? They take more than they pay anyway....I am having my own problems with All Jackpots!! screen shot has me in 107th place in the 200k tourney but they say it was a fluke and that I placed 2,107th! Ok, so even if it were a software glitch where it didn't show the 2 for the 2,107, I still have the screen shot, I mean you know flip a player a little something for inconvenience! Wow, these casino's are getting bad!  Here is my screenshot... Yeah, I see the dot where they say it shoulda been a 2, but for 3 days we (the casino and me)  emailed back and forth an finally they ruled that I was to get nothing! Had the nerve to tell me that my account had not earned a bonus! What a laugh wasn't begging for a free chip.... I plainly stated that I thought I deserved something for this... and NADA!
