i hope i get the 200 i contacted support by phone his name was al he told me to email payout at betphoneix.com and request my 200 withdraw and when i went to the cashier it said 200 withdrawl so we will see i will keep you posted thanks all by the way 60 is better than zero any day will still be happy lol

FIRST OFF THIS IS NOT A SLAM OF THIS CASINO I STILL THINK CSR ARE AWESOME SO IF YOU READ THIS ITS JUST AN UPDATE NOT A COMPLAINT YET! well i emailed payouts twice and then sam at the casino. the funds have not been withdrawn whether its 60 or 200 no one has gotten back to me. i have never seen a casino where you have to email to remove funds very different. i will wait 2 more days then call them again.i want to deposit and take advantage of the 600% promo but not until this is worked out.

Well im starting to get impatient. I just talked to the casino for the second time today. I faxed my docs everything should be a go. Now i was told more waiting they recieved my docs now sam has to review them then they might withdraw my funds after they call me and speak with me again. I told them i dont care  if its 60 or 200 just withdraw it already. Auto assured me it was 200 . At this point im confused suffix it to say oh well patience is a virtue  i will update you guys when this is over to let you know whats what
