There have been too many times a code would not work after a deposit and I would be livid! Now, if I want to claim a code at any Bet On Soft casino, I usually ask support first if I will be able to claim it. If they say yes, then I make them wait on chat until my deposit goes through and I attempt to claim the bonus code. If it does not work after they told me yes, then they are still on chat where I can just jump over and tell them to fix it. Bet On Soft has the worse bonus code system I think. Too many times I have gotten messages that bonus has been claimed the max amount of times, or I have not met eligibility, etc. All on codes that I have never used before.
