Thank you @Mben. I actually got in touch with Randy on live chat and he said a check for $500 is in the mail to me and that because I am "basic" VIP status that is the most I can cash out and only once a month.

Thanks so much for your help, again. And please let me know the reps response and I will keep you posted as well.
luckychick,

I received the same info from the rep this morning as you did from Randy. Looks like it's going as it should.

I'm not going to comment on the "tight payout rules" because that is something that is out of all of our hands.

Thank you @Mben for all your help with this....and I agree that the payout rules are out of our hands and BINGO HALL does clearly state them on their website but doesn't mean they are not "tight."

You're welcome. Let us know when your winnings show up! :moneytree:

@Mben I will let you know immediately when the check arrives, which is supposed to be this week. Keeping my fingers crossed but I have learned to contain any expectations. But all so far seems to be legitimately in order.

Thanks so much again for my help...I truly, truly appreciate it. I makes me so happy that I joined this site and forum.

No check showed up today @Mben......in one of my chats the rep said expect check in a few ays. BINGO HALL is located in St. John's caused I asked them, and 5-days is plenty of time for check to get to New York.

I am just worried because when I searched my deposit/withdrawal history at BINGO HALL deposits, the canceling of my initial withdrawal (which was over the max allowed for my VIP status), but nothing about the revised withdrawal with the amount allegedly coming in the paper check. Just seems odd as I can get a detailed history of every game I played on BINGO HALL, but processed withdrawals are nowhere to be found.

I want to give you all an update because luckychick hasn't been able to be on the forum, but did tell me that she did receive her check from Bingo Hall and it's been deposited. :thumb:

Or have you always heard good things about BINGO HALL's withdrawal process?
I am a member of BingoHall and, yes, there are good things about Bingo Hall's withdrawal process. Just like on any other gaming website that you play on and invest money in, read their rules and regulations first... I know it's a pain in the "back" to read all of those words, but it can save lots of time and money. I read them, understood the terms and agreed to their rules. Everything went just fine for me on Bingo Hall.

:thankyou: for the info. Those T&C's are vital if you gamble online:)

I read the whole thread, I read that luckychick was paid by Bingo Hall. One question, though: why is the user luckychick banned?
Well, it is unfortunate that we had to do that, other than spammers we don't typically ban a member unless we have no choice. It's not something we like to do, I can tell you that it wasn't for stating her opinion or anything like that. Without revealing anything that would be inappropriate to share, I guess my short answer is she became abusive and inappropriate not just to myself and Mben but to other members here on the forum as well. :(

I don't know if you agree with me, but an abusive player on a forum may behave the same while he/she plays at any online casino. So maybe not all complaints are truthful, especially if they are made by aggressive (online) people.

It is certainly a possibility.

So I see that you helped somebody get a payout from bingohall. I won a $300,000 jackpot and all of my documents for withdrawal have been accepted, they denied the full withdrawal of the amount obviously because of their terms and conditions, but then said that they sent me a $1,500 echeck. Which was taken out of my available balance and never delivered to my bank account, and is not on the withdrawal reports. I've contacted accounting, marketing and security about this and haven't received any reply. They emptied out all of my earned "stars" that earned me a higher VIP level. What do I do!?!?!

Hi...
We could contact the rep for you however, Admin, is on vacation right now, and will not be able to send out a email until around the 21st. In the meantime, please list your Bingo Hall user ID for us so we can identify you when Admin contacts the rep.

Thanks,
PMM

Thanks, hang in there, and we will see if we can't get some answers. Terms and conditions are very important to follow.
I'm definitely trying to, but it just seems as though they are trying to screw around with the "star" points so that I can't withdraw. I play everyday and have been playing $150/hand for a few hours per day, and they say I have zero stars? I understand they update the points every few days but my balance doesn't seem to reflect that. I would just really like my money I won fair and square.. I deposit my own hard earned money and they take it with no hesitation!

I am happy to announce that I did get that first initial deposit for $1500! it doesn't show as a record anywhere but that's Ok!
Now to find out why they won't let my VIP level raise
