Can some one help?

Ive been trying to download SilverDollar & CaribbeanGold (EH), I have tried everythingincluding all the things support suggested - Clesring browsing history, Cookies, etc...installing latest version of AdobeFlash. I can download all the other EH casinos noproblem. Ive never had a problem before.Can some one please give some advice.(by the way support says theirs no problem on their end)Its driving me nuts!! I know this is wrong section to post this, got no responce in right place

Oh, I am so sorry signman. I did read your post and got caught up with other stuff. I have not had a problem installing any of their casinos so I don't know what to suggest to you. Let's start with this though ................. 1. At what point do you fail during the install? 2. Any error message? 3. OS? 4. Antivirus? 5. Browser? 6. Have you cleaned your registry? 7. Is there a folder on your hard drive for those casinos SPECIFICALLY? Not just a Vegas     Tech folder. Have you deleted the folder after a failed install and tried again?

also open task manager and under processesif there is any that say casino app highlight it and click end processes there seems to be I have found were each casino casino app is causing conflicts and they are not ending when you close out from the casino further try downloading and saving the install to your desktop
