I had two withdrawals approved over a month ago for $2,500 each and they got approved pretty much right away. Well customer service told me it would only take 7-10 days to be sent to processor and then 7-10 days to be sent out to me. It's been well over a month and now today customer service told me the withdrawals haven't even been sent to the processor and it's been 3x how long it was supposed to take. I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for the last two weeks and finally got them on chat and it solved nothing. Turns out they're just like their sister casino Planet 7. Not playing there anymore!!!

Eddie B.: Allow a moment to check on that please.
Eddie B.: It is yet to be sent to the processors
Eddie B.: We will update you once that is done please.
Medic95: Yeah they were approved a long time ago and they said they take 7-10 days to be sent to the processors and a chat agent told me that one had already been sent and the other one would be sent to processor soon after so why have they not been sent to processor if they were approved over a month ago
Medic95: Can you explain why there is such a delay?

Medic95: Well then don't tell people it's only going to take 7-10 days because clearly it's however long you guys feel like taking. That's why I haven't deposited any more money because I want to receive my withdrawals first to make sure I'm not getting scammed

Medic95: Well is there any further information you need from me to speed up the process? Because you have copies of all my identification so I don't know how your "due diligence of making sure the money gets to the right person" is taking so long.

I am so sorry you are having this experience and it is definitely not cool.

Please leave your username for Captain Jack like you did with Planet 7 so that Mben can make an inquiry. But as you said, yes, they are sister casinos so the rep that she needs to contact will be the same rep she spoke to about the other. Mben won't be able to ask anyone about anything til Monday though. Sorry, we can't do anything on weekends :(

As far as RTG casinos that we highly recommend if you choose to continue playing and want to know which ones we really, really recommend ...

These are excellent, reputable, RTG casinos (just to name a few) that you should try for starters.

I totally recommend Uptown Aces and Slotocash....Also, winaday and slotland. You are totally going to get paid and in a timely manner. Sorry you have to have these problems with those 2 casino's. I would never play at them for the very reason you probably won't get paid. Those 2 casino's should be listed as "rogue"!!!

I have the same username Medic95 for all accounts. And now I also have the concern that I've moved and I have my mail forwarded but im concerned if I change my address on my account they will find more excuses to not pay me. When it's almost $6K that they're holding out on it kind of makes you a lil bitter lol

Medic, your Captain Jack issue has been sent to the rep. I hope he has a good answer for the delayed cashout because with two issues from two of their casinos isn't making the group look on the straight and narrow.

Thank you so much. I really love the bonuses they offer so it sucks that the payout speeds are so awful. I will stick to the ones that are more recommended from now on. Although some of the playthrough requirements on other bonuses seem impossible to meet unless you hit a jackpot lol

Mben I'm just curious, I never received a confirmation email after sending my bitcoin address, when you speak with the rep can you ask if they received my email? I only used my players rewards card for captain jack and since they're sister sites with planet 7 they should have access to all my other documents so idk why it ended up getting so delayed

Here's the reply from their finance department ...

"I have sent another email to the player asking to confirm payment method, I will try to reach her by phone too, we cannot proceed without this information."

Because the rep didn't specify and the title of my email to him was Captain and Planet 7 issues, I can't tell which cashout issue finance is referring to.

I've asked him to let me know which casino it is. It's Friday though. You know what that means.

I suppose in the meantime, update your phone number in both casinos and email both the same.

Well half good news I received Captain Jack payment! Now waiting on the one I've been waiting on the longest.. lol Planet 7 is going to be sent next week apparently she said
