Hi everyone.You will all be happy to know that we have listened to your suggestions regarding the Cashback bonuses and have talked to Rival about removing the part of the calculation that takes claimed promotions into account.The Cash back bonuses are now calculated as follows: (Deposits) - (Withdrawals) - (Wins) x (Cashback %) = (Cashback Bonus) What this means is that you will no longer lose money from your Cashback bonus when you claim other promotions during the week. This will result in, on average, larger Cashback bonuses weekly for everyone !We are also in the process of making sure that only players who are eligible for the bonuses (have a bonus which is more than $0 in value) get the notification.
