Closed cashout problems at golden cherry casino

Courtney: i am the manager. how can i help you? walter: i had 2 cashouts processing for 500 each since the 5th..one was wire transfered this morning at 9:31...other one they reversed at 9:29..i did not ask for the reversal..it too should be wire transfer with the other walter: now i had to withdraw again the other 500 and will sit there another week and in the mean time i cannot deposit until then..this is not fair at all Courtney: Walter, i see here that your 500 withdrawal was sent to you by check. unfortunately, since it's not wire transferred to your bank account, the system allows only 500 withdrawals at a time, so the remaining 500 was returned to your balance walter: i did not ask for a check..was suppose to be a wire transfer Courtney: i see here that a check has been sent to you and is already on his way to you walter: i even put in all my information for wire transfer and under withdraw it says withdraw ..wire transfer complete Courtney: that's the procedure with all withdrawals. it appears as complete in your cashier since it was completed on our end and the money is on its way to you walter: there is no button to click for withdraw it only says wire transfer walter: where is the check being mailed too..what address walter: i did not ask for a check! i asked for a wire transfer! Courtney: the check is sent to your home address and it's delivered by a delivery service, so it will not be delayed in the mail walter: well i want the other 500 wire transferd Courtney: the withdrawal of 500 you made today is currently in process Courtney: what i can do for you, is contact the finance department and ask them to speed the proccess walter: i had asked and filled out the information needed for this to go into my bank account..i never clicked anything that says by check and there isnt even a button to to do so walter: therefore...my other 500 withdraw is going to sit there processing again and it is a mistake on ur end not mine Courtney: Walter, i can assure you that you will receive all your winnings. i'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. walter: i do not want the other 500 as a check..i want it into my bank account walter: im just saying i filled out all necessary info for both withdraws to be a wire transfer and instead its a check Courtney: i'm afraid i don't have any access to our financial systems. what i will do is contact finance for you and hopefully they will be able to help with that walter: and why does it say under my cashout as complete as a wire transfer? i dont understand? walter: sorry courtney im just very frustrated when i didnt ask for a check Courtney: the withdrawal appears completed because it was completed on our end and the money on it's way to you walter: this is not fair to me walter: but it says method as a wire tranfer Courtney: i understand what you're going through and i'm very sorry for that walter: not your fault walter: now i cant deposit until it gets processed? which isnt fair either walter: please have them wire transfer the next one to my bank walter: no checks Courtney: i'm afraid i can't do anything at the moment to override the system. but i will speak with your account manager about it, and we'll see what we can do for you :) walter: thankyou courtney..may i ask where you guys are located?     I caught that! :laughhard:We need a username so we can have the rep look at this and tell you why they switched from a wire to a check and even though they have a $500 withdrawal limit (at a time), why you have to request the cashout again and start all over.What does at a time mean anyway? Do they have to process the first $500 and as soon as it gets approved an sent, then the next $500 can be withdrawn?

    my other 500 cashout is still under processing....so unfair and still ticked off about a check when only withdraw method is for wire transfer

    Hi there: Well, I heard from the rep, and he has stated he getting your second withdrawl sped up in processing.  Unfortunatley he did not shed any light as to why they sent a check when you specifically asked for a wire trasfer. He likely doesnt know until talking to finance.Ill reply and ask for more detail about your second withdrawl, to see what the current withdrawl method will be.                                                                             Pam

    ok thanks PMM..rep told me also that he would speed up processing but that was 3 days ago and its still there...worried how cashing their check is gonna work in the states..ugh..i told him to make sure the next one was wire transfer so we'll see...

     Lets hope other members have experience in cashing checks that were sent to them.It usually is from a bank, and of course not the casino itself. I havent heard of anyone having any specific problems.  Perhaps other members can chime in and let us know.When I hear more from the rep, Ill be sure to let you know.                                                                               Pam

    got my check today for the 500 by fed x...will see what my bank says...but they still have not moved the other 500 out of my account..rep promised me they would put it thru fast..yeah right!

    Yeah!!!! Glad U got your check!!! You should have no problem with that check, am sure it's drawn on a US Bank.......Congrats! Glad U had some good luck!!! :thumb:

     I am so glad to hear you got the first half of your money. :roll:Now we still have to deal with the second half and I have not heard anything new from the rep.  He told me as well he would rush this, so I dont know why it is still in your account.  As always, if I hear something, Ill let you know right away.                                                                       Pam

    OK, this is weird!!! I had a withdrawal at Winpalce to be put in my savings account. UPS just showed up with a check!!! Now how weird is that? Wonder what the heck is going on? Processor problems? My check is drawn on Wells Fargo Bank out of Dever Co, so won't have a problem with cashing it!!!!

     Although it is always good to receive our winnings, the whole check situation is quite wierd.  Happened to you, and happed to catadams.Mben and Belgamo will see this thread and hopefully be able to shed some light on the situation.                                                                            Pam

    Just a FYI to everyone who receives checks. Just because they are drawn on a bank in the US, DOES NOT mean they can't or won't bounce. I had a cashout via check for $300 from Intertops and it was drawn on a bank in the US and it bounced and set my savings in the negative. Intertops did apologize and made good on it, but just saying.Checks can be deposited, but it does take them a few days to clear. So, you never know. Sorry, didn't want to put a damper on anything. Just wanted you to know.Cat, hopefully they will pay you soon and via wire like you originally asked for.

    I suppose it's just like getting a check from anyone. Personally, I haven't had one bounce yet......So hopefully, not this one! Will keep everyone posted to see if it goes thru...

    ok the check cleared my bank without a hold but other 500 still sits in processing and no return email from casino manager!

     Hi catadams:My last response from the rep was assuring me that the casino and himself know about this situation and what is going on.It has come to our attention you have asked for help in other forums as well.  The rep is getting over run with emails.  Please try to refrain from posting anymore about this situation on other forums as it isnt helping the current situation at all.Mben and myself are on this and in contact with the rep. We will handle this for you.  I do know it is hard to be patient. We will be in contact soon.                                                                            Pam
