Casino Grand Bay

    Please help me!  I have made several deposits at that family of casinos.  A deposit of $100 did not go through my bank and I did not get any credits - my bank deducted the $100 from my account, but they suspected fraud so they didn't pay the casino.  I spoke to the casino and asked that they just reverse the deposit request.  I wouldn't get the credits and my bank would give my money back to my account.  The casino asked that I wait and check with my bank again.  In the meantime, the casino put the SAME request through to my bank again.  I DID NOT authorize that.  So now my bank has deducted $200 from my account, I have gotten no casino credits.  I asked the casino again to reverse the deposit requests so I can get my money back but they won't do it.  HELP ME PLEASE.

     Well, Mben is the one who typically steps in to answer a question like this, however she may not be back on the forum til morning.I did want to acknowledge your post had been seen though, so if you can hang in there until she gets in, we will see what she has to say about it.
