Does anyone know what they charge for a Usemywallet (QT) withdrawal. Can't seem to find out anywhere!

Don't think nothing for QT. When I requested withdrawal, I didn't see anywhere to withdraw to. But then I went further with the withdrawal and it show QT and check or something So just waiting for confirmation email tomorrow or whenever they take care of it. 75 deposit and withdrew $600, left $200 in and up to $700..To much info???
