I googled the code and can only find it referenced at two other forums.  At one forum it basically says the same thing as the above quote from bobb15dk. The other, just has the code posted.  Does anyone know exactly what forum the code comes from? And/or where you can find online T&C's that specify the cash out terms for LCB101?
