CLEO'S DEPOSIT PROBLEMS AGAIN

    [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]    TRIED TO DEPOSIT AT CLEOS TODAY AND IT DID NOT GO THROUGH..CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THAT THAY ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR PROCESSORS. I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED FOR A WHILE SO I HONESTLY THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE RESOLVED ANY ISSUES WITH PROCESSORS. WELL. I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE A HEADSUP TO EVERYONE.    HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET IT TOGETHER EVENTUALLY,, THEY STARTED OUT SO GREAT.

    Sorry you couldn't deposit. What method were you trying to deposit with? Here is a thread about an option available at Cleo's that seems to be working for some of our members.     HI EVERYONE,, JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I WAS ABLE TO DEPOSIT USING MY CREDITCARD. I AM SO HAPPY THAT CLEO'S ACTUALLY HAS GOTTEN BETTER WITH THEIR PROCESSING BECAUSE I LOVE THEIR GAMES! THANKS TO YOU SOOKIE FOR YOUR HELP

     I'm so glad deedeemama!Here is the funny part - I decided I was going to play the other night and couldn't deposit at Cleo's using the same credit card I had used there before [​IMG]She told me to wait an hour and try again so I did, but it still didn't work. I just decided maybe someone was trying to tell me it wasn't my lucky night. I'll try again in a few days.Good luck - have fun playing!

         :angry:     :angry:      :angry:     :angry:     :angry:         :angry:     :angry:      :angry:     :angry:     :angry:         :angry:     :angry:LAST NIGHT I DEPOSITED $20 AT CLEOS, AND USED A BONUS CODE (FREE200) FOR 200%.  I THEN GOT AN EMAIL THAT THE DEPOSIT HAD BEEN APPROVED, BUT WHEN I WENT BACK TO PLAY, THE MONEY WAS NOT THERE.  I CONTACTED LIVE CHAT, AND JACK ASKED ME TO PROVIDE A BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THE TRANSACTION. I WAS INSULTED, BUT I WENT AHEAD AND SENT THE EMAIL, AND THE BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THE TRANSACTION.  JACK THEN TOLD ME THAT THE SUPERVISORY STAFF WOULD LOOK IT OVER TODAY,  AROUND 7 A.M., MY TIME.  NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS REALLY MAD, AS $40 WAS ALL I HAD AND I'D WAITED A WEEK TO PLAY, BUT I KNEW IT WAS POINTLESS TO ARGUE. SO I WENT TO TREASURE MILE, DEPOSITED THE OTHER $20 I HAD, THEN ATTEMPTED TO CLAIM A BONUS I'D SEEN ON THEIR WEBPAGE, WHICH WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME 100%, AS WELL AS ANOTHER CODE THAT WOULD GIVE ME AN ADDITIONAL $25.  I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS CODE.  I CONTACTED LIVE CHAT THERE AND WAS TOLD THAT THAT CODE WAS EXPIRED, BUT I COULD USE MAGICAL WHICH WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME ONLY 75%, AND NO ADDITIONAL $25; IT SAID I HAD ALREADY REDEEMED IT, WHICH I HAD NOT DONE, SO I TRIED ENCHANTED : NO JOY, AND MEZMERIZED : AGAIN, NO JOY! SO I HAD TO PLAY WITH JUST THE $20, WHICH WENT FASTER THAN I'D EVER SEEN. I THEN WENT BACK TO CLEOS AND TOLD JACK THAT I PREFERRED A REFUND, AND COULD I GET IT THAT NIGHT.  THAT'S WHEN JACK TOLD ME IT WOULD BE MONDAY BEFORE THE SUPERVISORS COULD DO ANYTHING, CONTRADICTING HIS PREVIOUS STATEMENT.  I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO SUPERVISORS THERE OVER THE WEEKEND.  CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? NO SUPERS ON THE WEEKEND!!. SO, I GOT TO WATCH TV LAST NIGHT INSTEAD OF PLAYING.  I AM RIGHTFULLY ANGRY, AND FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN ROBBED!! I'M DISABLED, AND MONEY DOES NOT COME EASILY TO ME, BUT THE INSENSITIVE JERKS THAT WORK THE PHONES SUCK!!!!

    I_am_Loni - So sorry that happened to you. How very disappointing!The same thing happened to Mben a few weeks ago at Cleo's where the deposit was taken but did not appear in her account. She was upset as well, but it was fixed for her the next day and she found it in her account.I do not recall whether that happened to her over the weekend or not.Please keep us informed and let us know what they do to make it right.

    Loni,  It seems you only have money to gamble once and a while, so why not go somewhere reputable rather than have to have a bad experience at somewhere that has know problems. I do understand that there are not a whole bunch of great casinos for US players but there are still a few.  Both Clubworld Casinos and Jackpot Capital pay quickly, and there are a few others out there. You may not get as large of a bonus, but who cares just make smaller bets.  That's a big mistake people make they go somewhere because of tempting large bonuses.  Large bonuses means higher playthrough and most of the time casinos that offer large bonuses take forever or may never pay.

    Hey No Fool ... long time, no see.Agreed about the fact that there are other casinos to play at. You listed the Club World group which I think is a great group but did you see this?     Yes I did see the Clubworld overcharge thing.  Happened to me about a year ago.  It is aggravating, it shouldn't happen, but when these problems do come up Clubworld does get it fixed asap.  Clubworld seems to be quickest paying US casino.  If you do the Pay My Card withdrawal you can usually see your money in a weeks business time.  Not so sure about Jackpot Capital, I can never cashout from there.
